Beautiful, cozy and very clean place. It has everything we need and a little more!! It is in the center of everything and very close to the beach. Saulo and Sr Francisco were extremely attentive and the only problem we had with a shower, they solved instantly! Is already one of our favorite places and we will definitely be back more often!

The Flat is in the back of a gallery that has a pharmacy, ice cream parlor, Cris' restaurant (good), hamburger joint, pizzeria, that is, you can take care of a lot of things right there. Next door, there are two more galleries with a variety of shops. To go to the beach, just cross the street and take a few steps to access the lane that goes to the entrance of the beach. The place is very safe and with a lot of structure in the surroundings. Beth is attentive and works right there in the gallery pharmacy, so it's very easy to talk to her, leave keys, etc.

First of all, I have to admit that Luciana is amazing! He responded to all messages promptly and responded to two requests without any difficulty. The location is great and you just have to cross the street to get to the beach (tower 11). The apartment has all the amenities needed for a peaceful stay on the beach! I highly recommend the place and, especially, Luciana!!!

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

We were super well received, Taciano was very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, everything is very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. It has a super different view, we loved it and would definitely come back. The condominium pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!

Amazing experience! The house is cozy, very complete and all in great condition. We took 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Fernando was very helpful and answered us quickly in every question, a great host. We did not have any problems with air conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Condominium with great structure and many leisure options, in addition to extremely attentive employees. Excellent location and property. I always had feedback from the owner. Cozy homes. Too bad about the sand. Many utensils, bed linen, towel. I had zero concerns. I spent four nights. Quiet and charming place. Lots of birds and a great beach. Beach access with private entrance. Table, chair and umbrella available. Educated and receptive workers.
