We love the stay! Caio was very attentive, responded promptly, gave hints about Ilhabela and left a treat on our arrival. The house has a lot of green area, a quiet place and corresponds to the listing. I recommend it and if you go to Ilhabela again, it would be in this space again.

This is the second time that my family and I have spent a few days at the house. It is super large caters everything it promises, close to everything. We love it and will come back for sure!

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

Location close to the center and about 5 min from some good beaches. A Julia (host) always very helpful, a love of person. I highly recommend it. I only missed a cold shower in the backyard to take sand from the beach before entering the pool, and everything else is fantastic.

Rafael's house surprised us, corresponds to the photos, and the place is extremely pleasant and the beach of Guaeca is a delight. Great for small children, we were with two babies and 3 children and everyone enjoyed a lot. The house has a nice pool and the place is super quiet. Also, the house is in front of the tennis court, which is great for those who like to practice the sport. Finally, the Vanessa that cooked and tidied the house during our stay is super pleasant, friendly and proactive. The township was truly all delicious, we spent happy days.

The house is even better than the pictures. Whenever we needed to ask any questions, both Marcel and the chair were super quick to get back to us. The house is super equipped with all possible utensils. Close to the beach and they even provide umbrellas and chairs in good condition for us to use. We loved it and would definitely stay at the house again!

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. If there is a place I stay again, it is in Elaine's house, very attentive, friendly, local exactly as in the photos, clean, airy, quiet , close to the center , close to shopping, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, grocery , ... all easy. I spent quiet and happy days with my family.

We were in Ilhabela for the second time and we love hosting at Evelyn's house, a more beautiful and clean house than you can still see in the photo. perfect 😍 very clean , it has sun umbrella beach chair and nois cooler we love and we use it a lot. Everything very good super quiet condominium, for those looking for tranquility the place is ideal.
