We spent 4 happy days on a family vacation at this house! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it was very clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a peaceful stay! The gourmet and pool area is very nice and the condominium is safe and quiet! My highlight is the service from Marta ! Very attentive, very quick in her responses, very respectful, very human and with a lot of empathy for our needs! We'll be back soon for sure! 😊 Thanks for everything Marta!

Great accommodation, very clean and organized place, air conditioning in the rooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fit new and very close to the beach. I traveled with my children and wife and we really liked it, we were very well accommodated. Fábio was a great host, responsive, polite and helpful.

The accommodation and grounds are idyllic, with amazing views of the ocean, on site waterfalls and a beautiful garden area. The swimming pool with a stone base is a particular highlight. The accommodation is well equipped, very comfortable and has a stunning balcony. Cristina and family are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip shorter than planned due to extreme weather but we hope to return soon!

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

Our stay was great, the feeling of waking up and facing the sea is wonderful. The pictures correspond to the house that is beautiful, the kitchen is equipped and was very good, because our stay was 5 days. The building is super quiet and the pool is simply perfect. An employee of the gatehouse delivers a sheet explaining all the rules of the condominium. And César was super receptive, gave restaurant tips, was flexible with check out. We would definitely come back again and again.
