We love spending the weekend at Marcelo's house, a clean, beautiful and organized place. Everything we need had in the house, well equipped and clean. We'll come back more often. Everything was wonderful. Quiet, peaceful condominium and wonderful pool. Thank you!!!!

Great house, all rooms with bathroom, large kitchen, and the area on the top floor is a charm apart. In addition, the house is in a gated community, which brings more security for those who want to relax. It is very close to the beach – about 15 minutes on foot – and only 10 minutes by car from the centrinho de Maresias.

Pauba is already amazing and with Nívia's accommodation it became unforgettable!!! We were greeted with a lot of love and affection, Nívia thought of every detail and we felt the care without even knowing her personally, the impression is that we had known her for a long time. Always communicative and helpful, she sent several tips about the region and kept in touch at all times. The accommodation was undoubtedly one of the best we have ever stayed in, everything was clean, fragrant and equipped. We didn't want for anything, we are grateful and warm-hearted to return as soon as possible!! Those who rent never regret it! Kisses and a thousand hearts for Nívia. Great stay - the location is amazing, only a short stroll to the beach. The house is newly renovated, with all amenities as listed and place as described. Rodolfo was a great host, responsive and caring to our needs.

The stay was great, cozy house, easy location, the caretaker responds quickly, the only point that needed improvement, are the mattresses.

The Ramon chalet is a delight, the bed super comfortable, a super-equipped kitchen, in addition to being 300 mts from the beach, just go down the street. The house is clear but does not disturb the sleep, and although it is close to the highway, it does not compare to the noise of SP. The water pressure is not high, but it doesn't get in the way. Very good beach chairs, a sun umbrella,and even cooler (important because the beach does not have much service). The air conditioning works well, which was essential for the hot days we caught. And on TV there are many streams available. the only point of attention is not to make towels available, as it was advertised. I recommend it!

Short stay, but we highly recommend it. We went with 4 friends, the cottage met our expectations. Wonderful location, super safe, quiet, peaceful place. Photos of the listing exactly as on site. All new and organized. We'll be back for sure!

The house is very pleasant, all six guests felt comfortable with the location and layout of the environment. It is very close to the beach and has very familiar surroundings, with easy access to markets and nearby cities. Both hosts are kind and communicative.

We stayed as a couple with two children for a weekend. The location is very good. Right in front of the beach, there is a market, and restaurants nearby. Parking is a plus, because the area is bad for parking. You can do everything on foot. The host is very responsive, and responds quickly. The house is comfortable and has air conditioning and all necessary kitchen utensils. Great cost-benefit option. We loved it.

The accommodation matches the description, it is close to the beach, bakery and the center with restaurants. It has all the utensils, towels, bed linens and pillows. Everything was ok!

I really liked the place, very good and organized structure. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, the pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

We went as two people, we loved the accommodation. It is an extremely calm and quiet place, very close to the beach, the house provides chairs and sun umbrellas (which in our case we only used 1 day, because there is a lot of shade from trees on the beach). Very comfortable double mattress, basic kitchen utensils that served us very well. The house was clean and organized, with air conditioning. Leo was very attentive on our arrival, with guidance on everything, we did self check-in and check-out, it was very quiet and he managed to give us flexible hours. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is totally residential, and very quiet as well. Guaecá beach is wonderful, very beautiful, very clear water, few kiosks and very quiet (we went in May/2025)! We will definitely be back.

I loved the apartment, very well equipped and the view is wonderful. Adriana is very friendly and attentive, we had an issue at check-in (at 2 a.m.), and she responded promptly, helping. I will definitely return more often and highly recommend it.

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I found it to be more spacious both indoors and in the yard. the backyard wall is also higher than it appears. But what I loved most about the stay were the little details that are not in the listing: very cozy pillows and bedding; wonderful shower; various appliances that are not listed. The owner of the space is unparalleled in her kindness, and responded very promptly to our requests. Next visit to Maresias I will try to rent the space again!
