We love the stay! Caio was very attentive, responded promptly, gave hints about Ilhabela and left a treat on our arrival. The house has a lot of green area, a quiet place and corresponds to the listing. I recommend it and if you go to Ilhabela again, it would be in this space again.

Great house, very complete We noticed the care of the owners with the objects in the house . All rooms with air conditioning . Bedrooms without the smell of mold ( because it is a beach) and a lot of objects for use in the kitchen . Very cool offer beach towel. We hired Marcelia for cleaning and coffee support and she was very helpful . The chairs were assembled by Mr. Edvar on the beach . When we arrived the bikes were without lubrication , the adjustments were made during the stay . Very quiet and beautiful condominium. Very good pool and jacuzzi. Integrated and airy living kitchen area. Only one point to improve would be to have direct lighting in the pool area, as it is a very nice and beautiful area and the night is a bit dark. Walk or bike to the beach , but if you have a cooler you need to go with a car for more comfort . I definitely recommend and will host again

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

We love our stay! The house is super comfortable, spacious and has everything we need to feel right at home. Best of all is that we were able to take our dogs, who also took a great advantage of the large, safe and well-maintained yard. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, Georgina and Givaldo were super attentive receiving us with a wonderful cake and a warm coffee! Are very quick in the answers. The location is great, close to several cool places to eat and stroll, but the house is in a very quiet street. It was a light ride, no worries. I highly recommend it to those who travel with pets or want a cozy place to relax and have fun! Summing up our journey from start to finish was perfect! It's the third we stay with them and we have absolutely nothing to complain about. All clear, organized, new, well taken care, attentive. All perfect.

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

The apartment served us 100%! Selma is very polite and communication with her is very quiet. I only have two reservations: the electronic lock was not working very easily, we had a bit of difficulty in getting the password; the bulk of the cleaning. But nothing that compromised our trip, it was amazing and we'll be back whenever we can.

We spent 4 happy days on a family vacation at this house! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it was very clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a peaceful stay! The gourmet and pool area is very nice and the condominium is safe and quiet! My highlight is the service from Marta ! The apartment was in great condition and supplied with utensils and other items that made the stay more enjoyable. Communication with the host Vanessa was quick and easy.

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.
