Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Without a doubt, The Palm is the best condominium in the area. We have been here for the past 3 years and enjoyed each time. Rattana was an excellent host with great communication both before and during our stay. The apartment is ideal for a couple with a great view from the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was first class. There are numerous supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked our stay for next year. Once again, I cannot overstate how helpful Rattana has been during our stay. Highly recommended.

This is my third stay. Overall, I'm very happy.The facilities and location were almost perfect, and we had a pleasant time. Last time, I went to a place that was a little far to do laundry, but this time I found a convenient place.(Coin laundry in the next building A, 40 yen per wash) However, for those who work remotely, the WiFi speed may feel a little slow.Other than that, I'm almost 100% satisfied!

Good deal on a solid apartment on the 20th floor, right on the beach. Cooking supplies and everything you could possibly need. Pools decent, gym is well i'll just say not really usable lol. Location is on very quiet side of town about 10 minute drive / 4 miles away from all the busy craziness .
