My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

Jason room on 6th Floor is peaceful living and Jason ensured that he had all required items to take care of all your needs. If you need any support Jason is prompt to attend you. The place looks like your own home. Jason provide more than required supplies in terms of essentials. Also provided few basic food and water to get toy started so that you do not need to wonder for basic foods when you arrive. Very big room and Great balcony to spent almost entire day staring at the Sea. Access to Building and apartment is very comfortable. No body can the beat the location for View Tala#7. if you need to stay in peace and enjoy your holiday but still feel at home, feel free to stay here. I thanks Jason for all support that he extended. We met briefly during my stay. I hope to stay again with Jason in near future.

A beautiful appartment with a beautiful view both from the balcony and the from the pools and lounges we got access to. The place was fully stocked and clean, pretty much like a hotel. the host was very helpful and reposive. A great experience overall.

We were with our friends at Poom and her French husband Villa for 2 weeks. The place was excellent, the last house on the ending road, so there was no extra traffic. The house was just like in the photos. The pool was cleaned regularly and the price included 1 cleaning mid holiday. The boom immediately responded to messages, and help came in no time if needed. Poom and her husband were really lovely people and I can definitely recommend this place to everyone. We'll definitely rent this wool again if there's a larger group....Thanks again Poom, maybe someday we'll meet in the same way.

Beautiful Villa and wonderful host. All rooms were very clean they had plenty of tea coffee water bottles cut fruits available throughout the stay. The host cooked us some eggs in morning and was very flexible with the cleaning schedule. The pool is crystal clear and surrounding areas had pleanty of seating. They definitely need some upgrades in the kitchen like new pans other than that everything is just perfect. Looking forward to staying here again.

Had a great stay at The Pool Villa in Bang Sare with my mum and sisters. The pool was perfect for morning swims, and the villa was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Excellent for a family getaway. Security at the entrance gave us peace of mind. Dmitry was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely rent from Marusell again. I initially feared that the beautiful pool would draw large families and noisy children, but it turned out to be fairly peaceful, even with the windows open.

We had a lovely stay. The pool is stunning and villa was spotless and as described. Staff were friendly and helpful. Keep in mind there is a cash deposit required on arrival that we did not see in the fine print, but we had no problems getting it back at the end of our stay.

Enjoyed my stay enormously the unit modern and clean, located right across from the beach sea breeze would cool the apartment, sit on the balcony to enjoy the breeze and enjoying the views of surrounding areas most things are walkable restaurants and street food, super market on the main road walking distance. just enjoying the facilities inside the apartment makes the place a real standout along with the location of the apartment The position of the unit has it on the cooler side of the building in the later afternoon I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay in the apartment again should I visit this area again. This place does represent and delivers value for the money spent

A hidden gem. The owner is very responsive. She even paid a visit and passed a big delicious mango !. The unit is super clean. Better than what is actually shown in the picture. Big swimming pool. It's easy to get a BOLT ride. 7 Eleven is at ground level. I would definitely come here again for my next trip.

Our stay was 10/10, beautiful place which was very spacious, spotless and in such a great spot in Pattaya with the beach being less than a 5 minutes walk away. Tom was very nice and flexible with our check in and out times and showed us around the place when we arrived! The beds are extremely comfortable and we can’t wait to return for another stay here!

Pairine's place is beautiful and I think anyone who books this place will be happy. You need to get a motorbike or some type of transportation to get around or you will be stuck in this little community. One last thing get ready to sleep on a brick hard mattress. The mattress is brutal and made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The pool was deserted and a bungie cord attached to the door kind of an abandoned area I only went up there once. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Great sunsets from the balcony.

Stefan and New provided prompt assistance whenever needed, making my long stay smooth and comfortable. The residents and security guards were also very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The villa was cleaned daily. A car is recommended as it is a bit remote. Otherwise very quiet. We will definitely be back.

This is a good location. The electric and water are metered and charged extra. we stayed 10 days and use 700 baht. we were conservative with the AC. overall it is a good stay. the pool is fun. there are stores at the front of the condos to buy necessities. there are restaurants with walking distance. Jomtien beach and the night market are a nice little hike away. Pattaya is a 10 baht ride on the truck taxis which run out front. The washing machine is a bonus and the inter works well.

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

This unit was more than I expected. The size is larger than the typical one bedroom condo. The washer/dryer machine is also a huge plus. The location centers you between restaurants, convenience stores, and walking the local beach. All are in walking distance. Either direction will benefit your stay.
