Monthly Rentals in Patricia Lake

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. This house was great for a month! It was very clean and had all the essentials in the kitchen. The screened in patio was great to relax in. Bed was super comfortable. The only issues we had was the couch. It wasn't very comfy and the cushions would sink. Also the pillows on there had a body odor stink. There is no dedicated workplace either. We had monitors on the kitchen bar area which worked but there are no desks. All in all I would highly recommend this place! Great location, close to downtown Southport and Oak Island Beach. Plenty of restaurants!

Kate's Place has been my go to place to stay when vacationing in Southport. Kate is a thoughtful and friendly Host. Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.

Melissa’s place was absolutely perfect for a long weekend getaway! It was conveniently located from all our favorite spots including downtown Southport, Caswell Beach, and only about 30 minutes to Wilmington! The fact that we were able to bring our puppy, Lilo, was such an added bonus! The place was so accommodating, cozy and clean! I absolutely recommend this place and hope to be back again, myself!
