Absolutely loved our stay at Morland Cottage. The perfect location, literally a stone’s throw from the High Street which has so many amazing places to check out, including Cocoa Joe’s hot chocolates, butchers, bakery, pancake house, sweet shop, pub, tea rooms, pizza etc., Also a fab gift shop that was perfect for the kids to explore. The cottage was so well equipped, the beds were very comfy, plenty of space for my 3 boys and a lovely little sun trap outside to enjoy a brew ☺️ Would highly recommend a visit here and the hosts were brilliant and very accommodating too!

The cottage is even more lovely than described. Welcoming and peaceful - a truly wonderful place. Emma and her family are very friendly and helpful. My daughters were allowed to hold a newborn lamb and see the horses! Also we were able to buy fresh eggs to take home. The cottage was very clean and very comfortable for the family of four no matter the weather. Ideal location for hikers like us with public footpaths right on the doorstep. Many options for lovely local walks. Picture perfect Pateley Bridge within walking distance (15-20 minutes for ramblers) with its restaurants, cafés and local shops. Kitchen is well equipped so we were able to prepare some of the meals at the accommodation. There were some board games at the accommodation which we found useful when we had to spend the first evening indoors due to rain. Our favourite place was the balcony with amazing views where on 2 evenings we could chill out enjoying a glass of wine after long walks. Would recommend to everyone

Rachel could not have done anything more for us from the moment we booked to arriving and leaving. This little cottage is ideally situated from the main high street, but also surrounded by beautiful walks. The cottage itself has been finished to an exceptional start standard!! Chocolate on arrival as it was Easter, and very welcome; fizz in the fridge!! Pancakes mix for breakfast and every amenities you could possible wish for - not to mention the dreamy very comfy bed. Best sleep I had had in a long time. Thanks both for everything we will be coming back for sure

Lovely place in the heart of Pateley Bridge. Charles was responsive and gave some great recommendations. The place itself is well appointed and has everything you could need. Would highly recommend to anyone
