Monthly Rentals in Patalavaca

We stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks. It is as described. Beautiful sea views with stunning sunsets. The area, the beaches are excellent and we had good weather every day. Sven and Barbora were attentive and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend them. We'll be happy to come back if we stay in Gran Canaria again. Paolo and Loredana

Fer is a very great host. It can't get any better!!He responds immediately and is very friendly. He welcomed us very warmly and we felt very welcome. In the apartment we were surprised with flowers and a filled fruit bowl,not to mention the bottle of red wine, the mineral water and the very fine olive oil. Thank you so much!!I highly recommend Fer and look forward to next time in Patalavaca!!

Great little studio with nice view and easy to fall asleep to the ocean waves 🙂. Very friendly and responsive host. Close to restaurants, beach and other communications.

An unforgettable stay !! We had a wonderful time in this fantastic apartment: the view of the sea is simply breathtaking - we couldn't get enough of each other! The apartment is so lovingly decorated, very cozy and we felt at home from the first moment. Thank you for the wonderful time - we hope to come back very soon! In the complex several restaurants, a German bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and much more. Location: 10 min walk Anfi del mar; 10 min to Arguineguin
