Sofa bed for up to 2 in the living room. Totally renovated in the last 15 years, most recently with a new kitchen in 2022 and air conditioning in May 2024. Large great bathroom. Caminando a 10-15´está la playa de Patalavaca, a la que se puede acceder por vía de escaleras o por la avenida los Guaires, y a 20´ caminando está el centro de ocio de Anfi del Mar, donde se pueden practicar deportes acuáticos. Hay rutas para senderismo y ciclismo, por ejemplo, a Soria, a Roque Nublo, etc
