Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Passau

The three of us stayed with our dog for 3 days at Michal's house and had a great time. The house was clean, modern and in a very good location. We especially liked the beautiful lake nearby, ideal for walks or just relaxing. Communication with the host went smoothly. We would book the house again anytime and recommend it.

If you love pure nature, it's just awesome. We had seen deer every morning and evening. It was just nice to sit on the terrace and watch the deer and birds. 30 minutes from the Drachensee, it is also worth making a detour.

Better as in the pictures. Very welcoming and easy to find. Quiet and peaceful. We found it perfect for kids & dogs. There are a lot of toys for both inside and outside, the forrest is right behind, there are no cars to disturb you. Very well equipped also inside, a highchair, baby beds, child cutlery and much more. Miriam was available for support or questions! Thank you

Great location, very quiet environment with lots of nature around, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check-in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice host, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

We spent wonderful Christmas holidays at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Highlighted are the cozy beds, we slept wonderfully:-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of treats. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to let off steam directly at the house in the snow (sled and Bob are provided) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all a perfect holiday. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

A beautiful house located right on the lake, access is easily possible. The house is perfect for families with kids, there are many different options for all ages. The amenities themselves are upscale and in great condition. Charcoal grill and sauna are also available. A parking space for one car is available directly at the house, additional parking spaces are about 100 meters away. The entire complex is very well maintained and in excellent condition. We would book again anytime, absolute recommendation. Communication was possible at any time and without problems.

I had a great weekend with my 10 friends! The accommodation is super clean, everything you need is available and the hosts always helped immediately. The garden with the fire bowl and the hot tub is super nice to sit outside together for a long time and relax until late in the evening. Unfortunately, the neighbors do not like loud groups. Shopping is max. 10 min by car and the beautiful Mattsee is 25 min by car and the perfect excursion destination. always happy to come back!

The Adam family welcomed us warmly. We were very pleased with the place, it was very clean, comfortably furnished and very quiet. The alpacas and goats were great! :) The wellness area is also a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

Modern and spacious apartment.

The apartment is very nice! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it looks exactly like the pictures. Great praise for this! The location is a bit difficult, the place is deserted! A hotel with its restaurant keeps the place "alive". There is no café, no ice cream parlor... that was a shame. We always had to go to other places for that.

An incredibly friendly man, the apartment was definitely worth the money and huge, the area was very extensive and you can definitely spend your time well 👍

From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly family. The farm with alpacas, the playful dogs, a donkey and other animals was a real highlight – especially for our little son. The apartment is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Beautifully located in the middle of nature! I had a wonderful stay at Nathalie’s place! The house is beautiful, clean, and modern, and the location is very close to a lovely lake. Nathalie is an amazing host—she even left a small welcome package and note, which was so thoughtful. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, she responded immediately. I highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was big but really cozy and light. Surroundings and a small bakery right in the same house were also a part of a nice atmosphere there.

We had a lovely stay at this chalet! Beautifully located, though not quite as lonely as the pictures suggest. Very friendly and straightforward contact with hosts. Good amenities and general condition. Glad to come back!

The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but it suited us. located 15 minutes from the Obri-Hrac hike, which offers a nice view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth visiting. Responsive hosts, but inquire ahead of time about the possibilities of activities in the area. Shared washing machine with the other listing.

We stayed with Nathalie for the second time and felt very comfortable. Everything clean and very individually decorated. There's something new to discover every time. Since we were there every time in winter, we did not yet enjoy the beautiful garden and the great terrace. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house is centrally located and everything is within walking distance (train station, center, restaurants, bakery...). Nathalie is the warmth in person. We'll be happy to come back.

The place was great, even more beautiful than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. Someone came by twice a day and heated it up. If anyone is wondering now if there was possibly no warm water at times or if it gets cold in the accommodation, I can give the all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water (13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat the room was very friendly and always very careful not to attract attention. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!

This beautiful house was rebuilt and restored with visibly high and priceless effort and obviously according to very demanding ecological standards. The history of this house alone is very worth reading! We felt so comfortable in it that we - unusually - spent more time in it and in its wonderful outdoor area than originally planned!
