Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

Welcome to Ilzstadt. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. Passau's old town and various restaurants are within minutes walking distance. The Danube cycle path passes directly by our place. We also have a safe place for bicycles. The apartment is located exactly in the middle of the two docks of Passau for boat travelers. Parking is about 400 meters from us, in the nearby parking garage. Daily price €5.
