Villa vacation rentals in Passau

We were three of us as a small family and had a wonderful time! Highly recommended and child-friendly. We would definitely come back. Thanks for the great five days.

The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but it suited us. located 15 minutes from the Obri-Hrac hike, which offers a nice view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth visiting. Responsive hosts, but inquire ahead of time about the possibilities of activities in the area. Shared washing machine with the other listing.

Spacious accommodation with a huge garden, fireplace and grill. Perfectly suited for large groups of people. Nearby (10-minute walk) are a small supermarket and an inexpensive restaurant. The house is a bit outdated, but that didn't bother us. Check-in was straightforward with a key box. Jiri usually responded quickly to questions.

Super cozy, spacious farmhouse. Nice hostess, beautiful scenery. Special plus: two bathrooms, an extra toilet, sink in each bedroom - there is never a traffic jam in the bathroom.

The arrangement and check-in went smoothly. Everything was set up perfectly. Host communicated quickly. From the photos it looked a bit like it was complete solitude, but it is not. There are two other houses in the immediate vicinity. One is even attached directly to the place of stay. By mistake, my children and I used the playground on the property, which was no longer a host, and the neighbor ran out on us. Otherwise, everything was OK

Wonderful location and great house with lots of space. The reservation is through an agency, which makes it a bit complicated, as you'll still need to communicate with the host as usual. These are very friendly and easy to reach.

Spacious and very well-equipped house. The two terraces with lake views are really very nice. Numerous activities are possible on site: bike rides with trays to cross the lake, paddle, boat, swimming, not to mention visiting the beautiful city of Cesky Krumlov with its castle. In addition, the owner offers a boat, bike and paddle rental service, so all activities are possible without traveling. It's very convenient! The beach bar is very nice for an aperitif at sunset and offers very good grilled food twice a week. In short, an enchanting place we didn't want to leave!

We would come back in a heartbeat! Beautiful house! Very quiet! Great garden! Iron, straightener and hairdryer in the house!

My friends and I booked the place for a couple of days and we were very satisfied with our stay. We were 7 people and had enough space, we greatly appreciated the numerous bathrooms available. The house is great for a staycation, surrounded by nature and the lake nearby. It was perfect for walks, especially at sunset! The host was very kind and fast with responding, we can highly recommend this place for a big group of people!

Beautiful house, both on the outside and the inside. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Large fridge and freezer. A lot of things are made available to you as a guest, of course with the expectation that you handle things carefully. Nice pool, which is easily accessible from all rooms. Pool water was on the cold side!

Absolutely recommendable accommodation to those who want to forego the hustle and bustle of downtown Passau. Ingenious location right on the Inn with views to the old town, bike path as well as bus stop in front of the door, on foot in 10 minutes in the center. The house is fully equipped with what you need and still has not lost its old charm. An absolute highlight is the enchanted garden where you can relax and work superbly. A nice, casual and open shared apartment, where you are also very welcome as a short-term guest.

The place was very nice and exactly as described, with a modern decor and lots of amenities. Unfortunately, it was not quite private enough for our taste, as you really live directly on the house, but other than that there's no criticism

Wonderful little place near the Inn river in Passau. Jakob was very friendly and helpful my entire stay, and tried to make my visit comfortable and easy. I highly recommend!

A great place to stay – modern and well equipped with everything you need. The location on the edge of the forest is beautiful and idyllic. I was completely satisfied. The only disadvantage: The hot tub was unfortunately not usable, as the water did not really get warm even after five hours of heating.
