Monthly Rentals in Pasig City

Ann's comfortable charming house was a joy to stay at. My partner and I stayed for three month and enjoyed the place greatly. You can expect beautiful sunsets in the evening and the sun doesn't heat the place up too much in the afternoon. Ann is very responsive/proactive when it comes to making you feel comfortable. In the three months we stayed there, we only encountered one brownout for about an hour. Ann even warned us about it before it happened, that's how proactive she is. The guards in the building are extremely friendly and helpful. Don't be shy to make friends with them, they are an absolute joy! At night, I recommend walking over to Arcovia for music/food. In the back barangay, you can find street vendors and even more friendly locals to visit with. The SM Hypermart is a short walk away, as well as many fast food destinations and restaurants. It's easy to take a Grab or Jeepney towards any direction in Metro Manila. I'd strongly recommend staying here! Thank you Ann!!!!!!

I stayed 2 months at Cecille's place while I was doing my internship in Manila. I really enjoyed my stay. The flat was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The building is just a few minutes walk from grocery stores and also bigger malls are within walking distance. Cecille was an amazing host. She's very friendly and helpful and always responded quickly to messages. I would stay at Cecille's place again and can warmly recommend her as a host.

We had a GREAT stay. I highly recommend this listing! Ms. Teresita was very responsive, accommodating, and fair. If may requests din kami, she tried her best to help. Malinis yung place, maayos, maraming cooking equipments—super okay talaga if you plan to just cook at home rather than eat out. Very home-y and warm din ng vibe! Para kang nasa bahay lang. No problem din with the neighbors, wala namang maingay, rude, or anything. Tabi lang sya ng main road (Dr. Sixto) so transpo was not a problem. If I had to say one downside, we spotted little cockroaches, but yung mga super liit lang, and I don't think galing sila sa house mismo. We kept the house clean naman at all times. Parang galing yata sa labas pero na-attract lang since occupied yung unit. All things considered, I had a really great stay! I would definitely come back if ever need ko ulit ng place! :)

As we stay on the place, the room was neat and clean. Ms. Jen the host was so responsive to my queries. We'll definitely book again her place once I need to do something around pasig area.
