Clare was great! The posting is exactly as described and you can tell that Clare takes great pride and attention for her guests in the way that everything, down to the detail, is taken care of and how she treats her guests. During our stay we didn't need anything, however Clare and her husband were of great help and care during severe weather allowing us to come into their own home for safety. Both she and her husband are good people. I would definitely recommend her place to those looking for a quiet and relaxing escape. Thank you Clare and Andy!

This place was great! I think it's much better than the photos show. It is very clean, cozy, and queit. The outdoor space is amazing and we spent most of our time there. Wish I could see the beautiful gardens in full bloom. Hopefully another time. The owner is very responsive and has thought of just about every ammenity a person could possibly need. This place was above expectations and we will definitely stay there again!

Let me tell you, this place is amazing!!!!! Our host was so kind and responsive, all info was provided This place is outstanding, the little kitchen is soooo cute! I love vintage and this delivers! The speakeasy in the basement was fun and unexpected, the rooftop lounge had fabulous views and was such a nice bonus! Very very clean!!! Which is a big thing for me, because not only do I have an Airbnb of my own that I rent out, but I clean Airbnb ‘s, so I’d greatly appreciate the effort that was put into the cleanliness of it Close to everything you would need in the area, super nice people, would be great space for a family reunion or a couples weekend, everybody wanted their own room, but would have two fun places to hang out together on Site! Highly recommend recommended triple AAA will be booking this place again !

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Mrs. Bonnie’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Emily was an amazing host! I felt like I was still at home. Very nice house. Comfortable beds, hot shower with good water pressure. Quite neighborhood for being a college town. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. I would also stay here again.

Our family loved our stay at this Airbnb! The bed was comfortable and the cottage was very clean and updated. Was nice to have prairie around it but also be close to get into town. We travelled with two small children so really appreciated Jennifer letting us check in early and also providing a pack and play. Would definitely stay again!

This place is PERFECTION!!! You can tell that so much thought went into meeting every need a person or dog might have!!!! The fenced in yard, kennels, dog treats, and so much more for anyone traveling with their dogs. People always say it’s the little things……well, it is. The coffee supplies, laundry supplies, snacks and drinks, toiletries, etc…..most Airbnbs don’t have those little details. I loved the decor!!! And that bathtub!!!! I LOVE the bathtub! I have never seen one like it!! Coffee on that back porch was so peaceful!!! We visited Joplin to adopt another Golden Retriever. We brought 2 with us and went home with 3!!!! It was the PERFECT place for all of us!!! I did not want to leave!

Great stay! Jessica is a superb host and the house does not disappoint! The bed was incredibly comfortable and I appreciate how clean the house was. I absolutely adored this stay. My first tiny house experience, but exceeded my expectations. I found it cute and cozy, and adorably decorated. Kimberly was a fantastic host. She was proactive in providing directions, including pictures, since there was local construction causing detours. She left fresh fruit, bagels, cream cheese, and so much more in the kitchen to make us feel at home. I also really appreciated the standard early check-in (11am) and late check-out (4pm). I had a meeting the day of check-out so it was nice to not have to hope I would be permitted a later check-out. It's also nice to be able to squeeze that last bit of time out of my trip.
