There are 2 queen size beds, 1 in the bonus room/bedroom in the back, both bedrooms have smart tvs ready, also a bigger TV in the front room. Get cozy, comfortable, and enjoy your stay! You will enjoy a house downtown within walking distance of restaurants & bars. There's a small private fenced in area out back.

Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Come and relax at the Cottage on Summit. A comfortable little house right off the square in Girard,Kansas There are several little shops,restaurants and a coffee shop about 2 blocks from the house. There is a Sonic,Dollar General,Opies and a grocery store not to far away. Kansas Crossing Casino is 18 miles away. Pitt State University is 12 miles away. We have a pull thru driveway. So it will be easy if you have a boat or trailer to get in and out. We would love to host you!!
