Monthly Rentals in Parshall

This was our second time at the Lost Cabin. It is in such a beautiful area- 50 minutes to popular recreation areas like Keystone but far enough away that you’re secluded from the hustle and bustle of the busy ski towns (and really anyone). Sheena and her family are always so welcoming and the space inside the cabin is cozy for your post-adventure relaxation time. When you’re outside the cabin, you’re surrounded by pastures and wide open views of the sunrise and sunsets behind the mountains. I would recommend the Lost Cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful home away from home while in the area.

Had a wonderful trip staying at the bright horn Ranch Airbnb. We have stayed here for a couple years now and is definitely one of our favorite places to stay when we ride rabbit ears pass. The hosts are wonderful and the place has all the right touches to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices and cooking supplies to make anything from boneless leg of lamb to grilling steaks on the bbq with one of the most amazing views. The place is centrally located and yet very private and easy to get to. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay at your lovely place.

This is hands down the best getaway spot we’ve ever had! My partner and I were looking for a secluded mountain home with amazing views and a hot tub to relax and celebrate our anniversary. We stayed in the Byer’s Peak and it exceeded our expectations. The bed was so extremely comfortable, it had every amenity we could need, and you just can’t beat the view!! Dale is so kind, communicative, and speedy with responses! We got homemade cinnamon rolls and fresh eggs and they were the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely come back in a summer month to see the wildflowers and enjoy this hidden gem in a different light. Thank you Dale, for a perfect weekend.

The host is very nice and responsive! The house is great and fits everything described. The downsides include the limited kitchen gear, the bunk bed not being super comfortable, and the hot water running out quickly. However, these don't impact our rating as the price is fairly reasonable for these having minor issues. We loved the peaceful and quiet space, and the jacuzzi and the backyard were amazing!
