Our stay was very peaceful. The home is well taken care of and very comfortable. We would recommend this place to everyone. Had everything and more than what we needed for our stay. Extremely satisfied with our stay. Made our visit to Zion national park a great visit. Thank you Dionne for everything.

I'm going to start by saying this was an amazing family trip, and a wonderful place to say. I will share that there were a few things that went wrong upon arrival. The two main issues were one the heaters being clogged with dust and not working, and two one of the blinds being broken which partially obstructed the view. That being said, I'm sharing this because despite us staying over Christmas/New Years, our host was amazingly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. One of our worst AirBNB nightmares is checking into a place, having issues, and then not being able to get a hold of anyone. This was not that at all. Our host was always responsive, and even came out to help us despite it being the holidays. That meant more than anything, and it's why despite a few things going wrong, we'd gladly come back again. It's an amazing property, and we felt like we were in great hands with our host. 100% recommend!

Was the perfect stay for our quick trip to Zion National Park. We really appreciated how baby friendly the house was with a baby gate, high chair and protection on the sides of the glass coffee table. Definitely would recommend to any families looking for a homey stay close to the park;)

I had such a great experience staying here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. What a gem of a place! Not only am I a LOTR fan (the books especially), but I felt at home in the layout of the Prancing Pony. Between the spotless space, the kitchen where we easily made our meals, and the comfy couch and bed, I'm wishing I booked the whole week of our vacation there! We visited Zion, Kolob Canyon, & Kanarra Falls. Kolob and Kanarra were within 20 minutes from Tyra's, but Zion's main entrance was closer to an hour. We left her space to stay near Bryce Canyon, but that's only about 90 minutes away, so we could still have stayed there. Now I know! Don't miss out on staying here! It was perfect.

The location was perfect for our vacation! it was spacious for three teenagers, one preteen and our 7 year old, along with my husband and myself. The kitchen had everything I needed to make all our meals for the week, I simply provided our food and Michelle had everything else I needed and it was all logically organized so I didn't even have to search for anything, I simply opened a cabinet and voila like magic exactly what I needed was right there as if she had predicted the future. Michelle made sure she had the house prepared for most any need and all instructions were very clear. The rooms were comfortable and everyone slept well after our days out exploring the amazing national parks and landscapes of southern Utah. everything was within an hour or just over an hours drive and along the way we got to see so much more than we would have if we would have stayed directly next to any one destination. Definitely a hostess at the top of her game, highly recommend her and her place!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this AirBnb! The host is very friendly, and her special accommodation for families with kids was appreciated. We chose this location for its relative proximity to both Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, which we naturally visited several times each. Yet, our host provided a basket of brochures for a dozen other local attractions like state parks, petroglyphs, scenic drives, national monuments, etc., which dramatically enhanced our stay! The AirBnb was comfortable and clean, and there was more than sufficient internet access to enable an efficient work-from-home setup. One thing to note, the thermostat to control the A/C and heat is upstairs in the main house. When we got too cold (we stayed in late winter/early spring), we messaged our host and she immediately warmed it up for us. She also provided an abundance of blankets. As the weather warms, this basement will keep you cool. This is a solid spot for a national park base camp!

This place was the BEST!! Super clean. Quiet, safe location. The apartment had EVERYTHING we could imagine for our stay. Great working wifi. Good Roku. Lots of games, books and even a DVD movie selection. The kitchen was well stocked. The Keurig coffee was a nice extra. Plenty of hot water, plenty of blankets and towels. We absolutely loved this place and will for sure be back!

Fantastic. I highly recommend it. Great place and location to all the national parks or summer festivals (or for those, like ourselves, on road trips and needing a place to crash before moving on)

STAY HERE! One of the best, if not THE best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in 13yrs! Spotless, loaded with amenities to make your stay comfortable, great communication, homey and comfortable! It was so nice to have a highchair, pack and play and baby plates/utensils while traveling with my 1yr old. Beyond the baby gear, Ginger has really thought of everything! Fully stocked kitchen, even extra water bottles if needed! Ladies, save the space in your luggage because she has everything down to makeup washcloths and hair wraps for after the shower! Ginger was very communicative before and during our stay and you can tell it is genuinely important to her that you have a good stay. If you haven’t realized yet, highly recommend! Ps coffee people, check out The Grind on Main St!

This is a great location if you want to visit multiple locations in the area. The stars at night are fantastic too! Paula and Rob were great hosts. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was great to have a place where our pup was welcome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

Great basement apartment at a reasonable price. About a 20 minute drive to Kolob Canyon section of Zion. Found a great wood fire pizza place about 10 mins away. The space had plenty of toiletries, washer and dryer, a full kitchen space, and a hot tub outside with a privacy shade. Host has thought about most of anything you will need. Highly recommend if willing to drive a little bit outside of Zion proper. 100% satisfied.

We enjoyed the location, because we traveled North to ski and South to kayak. As a Mom of four boys, having such a clean hotel feel, with the amenities of home, like a washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, our almost three week Holiday felt like a real break from home, yet practical. Our hosts were very alert to our needs, they didn’t bother us with anything, and we felt comfortable to enjoy our stay. Such an amazing price. Definitely not greedy hosts-thank you.

This little place was so charming. Perfect for my daughter and I. There was a pull-out bed, which was a nice bonus! The host brought us extra comfy bedding. We loved that there was a fan provided. This place is close to everything & in a cute neighborhood. We loved the outdoor seating & this unit had lots of natural light. Would definitely stay here again. Also, the cute chickens would greet us from their pin when we walked through the gate.

Travis was great to work with and communicated quickly on the couple questions I had. The place was decent and certainly great for the price. I'd definitely stay there again.

Wonderful host with a beautiful, well-appointed condo just a quick drive up the hill to Brian Head ski resort. Have stayed twice in the last three weeks and will stay again!

Great location across from Giant Steps. The kitchen is well stocked with lot of amenities, but felt little cramped. Could have had more counter space. Appreciated the nice glassware for drinks and pantry full of spices. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms for a full house, double thumbs up for quality toilet paper, not the sand paper that is usually stocked. The building was quiet and relaxing at night. Wife approved and would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It had plenty of room for everyone and has a vibe that makes you feel right at home. Being able to soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing was the best part! Giant Steps is right around the corner if you decide to walk instead of waiting for the shuttle so the location is extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Todd's condo is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. It's a warm and welcoming space that's also very clean. Plus, it's conveniently located right near the ski lift. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as great as the first! The place is always spotless, with a high level of cleanliness that makes it feel so comfortable and inviting. The amenities are excellent and thoughtfully chosen, which really adds to the experience. Heather has fantastic communication—she’s responsive, friendly, and makes everything super easy. I also appreciate how she clearly takes pride in the space, regularly upgrading and refreshing things to keep it modern and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be back again!
