We enjoyed our stay. the location was easy to get to, it has a great view of the lake and hills from the deck and livingroom. The double spiral stairs are a great architural feature. The house was very clean and well equipped. We have no complaints at all. The only thing I woluld caution anyone about is the access from the parking area to the door, and from floor to floor inside. If you have any mobility problems you might have some trouble. We are both in our mid 70's, and don"t get around very well. Once we got moved in we had a great staty and would come back.

The warehouse look of the studio apartments gave me pause at first. Thankfully, the apartment is located on the ground floor and the parking space in front of it was also available. The tall step from the parking lot to the sidewalk was a bit steep for these senior citizen's legs, but I did make it up. Getting the door to accept my punching its buttons wrong took time to overcome. I did make it in after many tries and figured out how it works after the first few times. The inside is inviting and moderately spacious. The industrial look took a minute to warm up to. It's clean and cozy. I was alone so the room size was just fine. There's enough room for a home-cooked lunch or dinner inside with a few people, quietly. You can easily stay here for a few days and cook your meals with ease. I found the shower spray pressure moderate. The towels are wonderful! The bed's on the soft side. It's really cozy. The walk from there to downtown and the university is perfect. Highly recommended.

This place is just beautiful. Clean and neatly furnished with great attention to the little details. This is a nature lovers paradise. We took a little walk and did some birdwatching from the enormous upstairs deck. The sunset over the lake could be seen from every corner of the house. And the sunrise from bed in the morning was absolutely spectacular. Thank you so much for sharing this little piece of heaven.
