Apartment vacation rentals in Park Hill

We initially had some concerns with the original Airbnb we booked, and after discussing it with our host, they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They went out of their way to move us to another property that suited our needs much better. The Belle Point Duplex was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. We really appreciated the host’s flexibility and responsiveness—it made a big difference in our stay. Thank you for your kindness and for helping make our trip enjoyable!

The Library was a clean apartment and had comfortable beds. It is near many places to eat and shop.

Exactly as listed, needed a place to stay while we had renovations done on our place. This did the job and was close to many restaurants which I appreciated.

The warehouse look of the studio apartments gave me pause at first. Thankfully, the apartment is located on the ground floor and the parking space in front of it was also available. The tall step from the parking lot to the sidewalk was a bit steep for these senior citizen's legs, but I did make it up. Getting the door to accept my punching its buttons wrong took time to overcome. I did make it in after many tries and figured out how it works after the first few times. The inside is inviting and moderately spacious. The industrial look took a minute to warm up to. It's clean and cozy. I was alone so the room size was just fine. There's enough room for a home-cooked lunch or dinner inside with a few people, quietly. You can easily stay here for a few days and cook your meals with ease. I found the shower spray pressure moderate. The towels are wonderful! The bed's on the soft side. It's really cozy. The walk from there to downtown and the university is perfect. Highly recommended.

Exactly as described. Plenty of space for what we needed. Just blocks from the marathon my husband ran. Easy walk. The space was exactly as described. Only complaint was the noise from the street at night. Which was clearly stated in the description. But definitely not great for having to get up early for the marathon. Would be great to stay again just to enjoy the pubs and restaurants right under us! Close enough to town if you need supplies. The whole building was unique and historic! Bed was comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillows. No complaints! Great communication with Tim.

Enjoyed staying here, it was very clean and welcoming. Jess was great- I had to extend my stay a few times for work and he was very accommodating.

Shannon and Chuck were fantastic hosts! They made me feel right at home because they knew I was coming into town late and provided complimentary snacks and waters for me after my long drive. They were responsive and their place was adorable and perfect for the weekend. I definitely enjoyed my stay!

Love how easy it is to communicate with this host! Everything is always in perfect order and ready to go.

Nice view! Clean! Comfortable! Good accommodations! The Only thing is it’s not very good soundproofing between the triplex. You can hear the neighbors pretty easy! It may not brother some people. Host was very accommodating!

My time at Peiting was exactly as I had hoped. A super cozy, very clean accommodation, with everything you need. Exactly as I imagined. Host Peiting is very quick to respond, and you feel very well looked after. There was a minor problem during my stay, which Peiting immediately fixed the same day. perfect! Diana’s place is in a very neat historic building and is walking distance to great food, beverages, and entertainment. It is priced better than a hotel and is way more spacious.
