Very quiet and peaceful. Clean and Victoria was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

We loved the house. It's so cute and our daughters absolutely loved having their own space upstairs. It was a perfect place to stay. Lots of little details taken care of by the host that made it feel a littleore like home.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The neighborhood is older homes, but very clean and well kept. The next door neighbors were pleasant and friendly. We very much loved the highly secured backyard where our grandchildren could play. Our group of six adults and four children was very well accommodated in this home. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. A great big Texas style “yeehaw” to Perry and team for a job well done! Cozy and comfortable. Just what we needed. Were there for almost 2 weeks. Host responded quickly with answers to questions. Half way through stay contacted us to make sure we didn’t need anything else while we were there. Loved our stay!

This is a great location for a family lake get away! We highly recommend this rental for a peaceful stay with wonderful lake access. My brother was able to park his boat at the dock. It was a nice 10 minute walk to the lake front. The house was beautifully kept and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and we appreciated the games. This place worked very well for our multi generation family of 10. Thank you!

Beautiful home, well equipped, and included little extras that were very thoughtful! We were very comfortable and felt right at home. Reasonably close to town for supplies, but yet removed enough that it was a very peaceful setting. I would definitely recommend.

We were lucky enough to book this beautiful water front property last minute due to some hiccups with another rental we had reservations for. Host was very responsive and got us taken care of with amazing swift response time. The house was amazing and stunning all around. Very zen and quiet just what me and my partner were looking for this weekend. Amazing view of the lake and over all just a great experience. We will definitely be back! Diana & Team were great host and impressively responsive to questions. We felt safe and the other tenants/guest were extremely quite and friendly. I also enjoyed the restaurants that were in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Mat was very helpful when I was looking for a place to stay while we floated the river. The place was spotless, cozy and comfortable. It was very helpful that when we came in with wet clothes that they had a washer and a dryer so we didn’t have to mess with wet clothes when we got home! We really appreciated every detail!

Super cute apartment, looks just like the photos. Clean & homey. Stayed for a quick overnight while traveling but would stay here again if ever in the area!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly clean, cute, and elegantly decorated. It felt so homy and peaceful and is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The apartment was the perfect spot to relax. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and so kind. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Great little place that had the comforts of home. Parking was easy once we confirmed we could park anywhere on the gravel area. Spot north of the house is a little tight for bigger vehicles. We were overall happy with the place and the host. Might recommend some bath soup for hands and shower. Check out was easy, and we kept the place just like we feel, at home. This place was great! The outside space was fantastic! Highly recommend for anyone fishing tournaments. Location and parking is great! Very clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of room.

This was our second time to stay at Linda’s place and it was just as amazing as the first time. Very cozy setting, so clean and comfortable. Linda is such an amazing hostess. She is quick to respond with any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle and wants quiet relaxation….this Cozy Cabin has it all!!!!

Went for a relaxing, quiet weekend and was thrilled at the surroundings, and the wonderful accommodations. Very clean, cozy and lovely decor. Neighborhood felt safe and the view from the 2 balconies was wonderful. Made me want to buy my own place just like it! Crystal always responded quickly and was very nice. Lots of hammocks and different places to chill on the property. Lots of windows so even when you were inside, you still felt connected to the beautiful outdoors. Loved it! Highly recommend!

Was a wonderful few days relaxing with relatives we haven’t seen in years. Amazing memories were made with a beautiful backdrop and wonderful home feel. Will definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was amazing for my friends and I! The land was beautiful, and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as perfect as the first. Great house with a great view. It was a wonderful fit for 2 couples and we each had our own bathrooms and bedrooms. We will be booking again next for our annual visit.
