10 minutes from Le Mans, relax with family, friends or as a couple in this unique and peaceful place. Located at the European Horse Center and surrounded by a pretty stream, this cottage is a great place to rest. Horse riding friends, you will be two minutes from your horse's stall during competitions. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is a 15-minute drive. I am delighted to welcome you for a stay in this place as peaceful as it is magical.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Très confortable et meublée avec soin, elle est dotée d'une superbe vue sur les collines du Perche et bien placée pour découvrir cette belle région (jolis villages, manoirs, sentiers de randonnée, petits producteurs…) Nous vous proposons un check in autonome ainsi qu'un check-out flexible dès que possible pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de votre séjour.

Relax in this countryside accommodation, bathed in silence and the song of a multitude of birds. Many quiet walks or hikes, inevitable in this hilly and peaceful landscape. La Roche is close to a small town with all shops: La Chartre-sur-le-Loir, known for its exhibitions of vintage cars, a meeting place for collectors. You'll meet fans of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The pretty little town is famous for its many flea markets.

We welcome you to a separate unit on the first floor of the farmhouse. You will have 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living area. Many pretty villages around. Possibility of breakfast and/or meals on request.

Pretty 18th century house located at the entrance of a small village on the banks of the Loir, on the edge of the Loir-et-Cher and Indre-et-Loire, enclosed wooded garden of 3000 m² with terrace and barbecue.
