We are less than a kilometer from the Bercé equestrian center, renowned for these CCEs, and 30 minutes from the European Yvre-Épée Horse Center. MKF is less than 3 km away to participate in scheduled retreats and internships. Also ideal for business trips, we are 15 minutes from the Ecommoy and Parigné-l'Évêque interchanges.

A tram stop is 30 m from the building, ideal for getting around or joining the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. You can park your vehicle in a free public space in the surrounding streets or in a paid space in front of the building.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
