The cottage (once an old barn) has been recently renovated to a high standard. It provides a comfortable lounge/diner with new sofa bed (tempur top mattress) and separate chair. Dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. 2 large double bedrooms with original features, a large bathroom with `L` bath and shower, and a large separate toilet. A recently fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Large outside play area, with games, and private terrace with BBQ and dining table and chairs.

La Garencière - The 3 Apples

In the heart of the countryside, 2 hours 15 minutes from Paris, this charming cottage is located in one of the buildings of the La Garencière estate. Our property is a former farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting and surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy a private outdoor dining area and can enjoy our entire garden, play areas...

Well-equipped, everything is designed to ensure you have a great time.

Located at the European Horse Center and surrounded by a pretty stream, this cottage is a great place to rest. Horse riding friends, you will be two minutes from your horse's stall during competitions. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is a 15-minute drive. I am delighted to welcome you for a stay in this place as peaceful as it is magical.

A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside.
