I highly recommend Nizar's apartment! The location is very quiet and surrounded by greenery, but still within walking distance to Nataraja Temple, the central sight of Chidambaram. Apartment is completely newly renovated and accordingly new and impeccably clean is everything. The rooms are pleasantly spacious and bright and on the adjoining private terrace you can relax in peace with a beautiful view. The hosts live in the same house on the ground floor and are very friendly and helpful and happy to give tips for things to do in the area. For a smooth check-in, it's a good idea to get in touch with the host by phone, as the roadside and house numbering is a bit complicated. Therefore, it is helpful if the landlord can provide the taxi driver with exact details of the address.

Deiva was a gracious host. We were a group of 5, and absolutely enjoyed the serenity, sunlight and rest that Hous 54 offered us. We looked forward to starting the day with a cup of coffee by the lawn, waking up to a sun-drenched home, and the gentle sounds of birds. After long days out, we loved coming back to a spotless, spacious interior where we could unwind. The large windows made the space feel even more open and inviting. Our stay was incredibly comfortable. We spent plenty of time playing badminton and enjoying the outdoors, often with books and art supplies in hand to capture the beauty of the garden.

We had a great stay at Britto Sir’s place during our visit to Vaitheeswaran Koil. The house is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortably fits 6 people. Despite being in a village, it’s free from insects and has all the basic amenities. The location is peaceful and close to the temple. Highly recommended if you’re visiting the area!

We spent a month at Vasu’s home in December, and it was a truly memorable experience. When we arrived, Pondicherry was experiencing the aftermath of Cyclone Fengal, but Vasu’s parents went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. During the power outages and heavy rain, they graciously welcomed us into their home and made us feel like part of the family. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly warm, accommodating, and always available to assist with our questions. Their beautiful kitchen garden, filled with fresh vegetables, was a delightful addition to the experience. The house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, just a 2 km walk from the beach, making it an ideal location for a tranquil getaway. While food delivery options in the area are limited, there are several small eateries nearby that serve delicious, home-style meals. If you’re seeking a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I highly recommend their home.

stayed here with family for a day, loved the serene environment and the rooms are very spacious and well maintained. caretaker was friendly and very helpful with arrangement of food to recommendation of nearby attraction to arranging transport facility. would definitely recommend this stay if you're traveling with family and friends. wip definitely visit again soon to stay more days.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this room for just one night, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and hospitality by Mr Ramalingam, that instantly made me feel at home. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. They were incredibly attentive to my needs and were always available to offer assistance or recommendations. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests' comfort and enjoyment. The accommodations were immaculate and cozy, providing everything I needed for a comfortable night's rest. The attention to detail was evident throughout the space, from the thoughtful AC to the hot water tank. In addition Mr Ramalingam gave us a tour to a local temple and it was such an unforgettable experience. Thank you for such a warm welcome! I will definitely come back again! ❤️

Great stay at a place with lots of privacy and an out of the world pool -- really the major charm for us. While we stayed put at Belle Pondy with only trips to the lovely pool, meals ordered from Pondicherry with Carolin's help and long relaxing siesta sessions -- other guests would probably like to explore Pondicherry that is not so far away. We missed out on exploring the paddy fields which are everywhere around, maybe next time.
