Monthly Rentals in Paralia Koum Κapi

My boyfriend and I visited during Christmas time(2024). She had filled the apartment with Christmas lights and decorations, which after a long day of traveling, immediately put us in the holiday spirit. She was very easy to communicate with and after learning of my boyfriends love of pizza she provided us with a personalized list of the best pizzas around town. There was also a booklet in the apartment with a rundown of the city(history, restaurants, sightseeing, etc) which is helpful to anyone visiting from another country. Would definitely come back to Chania as well as this apartment! Thank you Katerina!

We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful view, a thoughtful and responsive host and they even prepared a special welcome as it was my birthday. Definitely recommend for a long weekend break in Chania!

Fantastic Airbnb! Very clean, a great amount of space for 1-2 people and a really solid location for Chania. You're a stone's throw from the sea wall which is nice for walks and plenty of restaurants. And then you're about only 10-15 walk to old town. I recommend renting a car if you plan to visit more than Chania as there are no ride hailing apps available in Crete. Vasileios's mom was very welcoming, left me some delicious muffins and was always quick to respond. I would stay here again!

I loved this place. Every morning I walked around the corner and had my coffee on a bench admiring the sea. The place is surrounded by restaurants and cafes , 10 minutes to Chania’s great restaurants , beautiful harbour and accessibility to all areas through a 5 star central bus station that can only be described as one the best I have ever used ,100% reliable . 2 fantastic beaches koum kapi a local beach within 100 metres by far my favourite and neo choria around 25 minute pleasant walk around the front of the harbour. This beach is more organised with sun-beds /umbrellas and an array of local restaurants. The host was just lovely totally responsive full of recommendations and added a lovely welcome starter pack … wine olive oil bread honey etc. I had 32 wonderful days in this accommodation. Chania has something for everyone, beaches, restaurants, amazing sites , archeology and history . A truly remarkable town. What’s there not to like! I will return and yes hopefully to Allegra .
