Perhaps the best accommodation experience I have ever had. A comfortable, modern, and fully equipped house in one of the most beautiful parts of Chania. As soon as you step inside, it feels like a luxury hotel. Step onto the balcony, and the Mediterranean breeze takes your breath away. The best part of my day was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony, with the sea at my feet. The private parking was definitely a great convenience. The next time we visit Chania, we already know where we’ll stay.

Grigor is an amazing host! Everything went so smoothly and he was so accommodating. Our flight was many hours late, we were coming from the US and had been traveling for more than 24 hours. It was almost midnight when we got to the apartment and he was there to meet us and made everything so smooth checking in we got us all set up and we were just delighted to meet him such a good and friendly gentleman. We loved the spot and couldn't believe the luxury of having this big jetted bathtub just the ticket for recovering and restoring after our long travel. A great welcome to Crete 💜 slept like children in comfortable accommodation. Found the wonderful local coffee shop just around the block Grigor had told us about, and had fun conversing with the folks who were there. The place is just a very short walk into old town, comfortable, quiet and a good price. highly recommend .

Perfect place, very close to the center, we could just walk places and be home very quick, very convenient. The host was also very helpful and gave very clear instructions.

A great place to stay located in a pedestrian street easy to walk into the town centre or to the harbour where there are lots of great restaurants and bars. On street parking not so easy with some streets charging by the hour. Other public car parks are available fairly close by. Some charge, some dont.

A serene bedroom features a spacious bed with crisp white linens and a light taupe throw. Natural light enters through two windows adorned with sheer curtains, highlighting the rustic stone wall and wooden ceiling beams. Includes a small side table with decorative items.

We stayed at Evi's home for four nights in early June. It was a perfect spot for my wife and I and our two teenagers. Everything is brand new and operates to perfection. The location is just perfect in old town within walking distance of absolutely everything. And even though it was bustling outside in the town, the home was very quiet at night. We found Evi to be incredibly responsive and the perfect host, making many great suggestions that made our trip to Chania even better. I would highly recommend this home. Chania is a very lovely town with amazing cuisine. And with so many great excursions to be had just outside of the town as well. Highly recommend it all. Thank you, Evi.
