Dimitri was a fantastic host. The house is way better than pictures showed. Very happy to enjoy our time in Chios in their home.

Isavella bize her konuda cok yardimci oldu. İsavella ile iletisime gecmeseydik konaklamamiz bu kadar guzel gecmezdi. Evin konumu mukemmel. Araba gerekiyor ama adayi gezmek isteyen herkes icin araba gerekiyor. Denize sifir bir ev. Mukemmel bir sahil ve deniz. Hemen altta market var ve cok guzel restoranlar yurume mesafesinde. Tarihi gezilecek yerlerse arabayla 15 dakika. Karinca sorunu olabiliyor o yuzden mutfakta yediklerinize dikkat edin ama kiyafetlere gelmiyorlar. Ev cok temizdi. Banyo mutfak ve yatak odasinin hijyeninden cok memnun kaldik. İsavella sordugumuz her konuda bize hizli donus sagladi ve gezme tavsiyesi verdi. Tekrar gelirsem Sakiz Adasini cogunlukla gezdigim icin mukemmel plajli Komiden ayrilmam, o kadar guzeldi ki. Evden cikar cikmaz mukemmel bir deniz. İnsanlar cok yardimsever. Evde islak kiyafetleri asmak icin balkon ve mandallar vardi. İsavella bizim icin sampuan ve havlu da koymustu. Odada klima vardi bu cok buyuk bir rahatlik sagladi. İsavella’yla iyi ki tanismisiz

We had an amazing & comfortable stay at Maria’s! She was super hospitable and we had everything we needed. We loved that we were less than a 1 minute walk to Komi beach with a ton of amazing bars & restaurants! 10/10 will stay here again!

Nikolas y su hijo Dimitris fueron muy amables, desde el primer momento a nos respondieron muy rapido. La casa estaba impecable y solo 2 minutos a una playa muy bonita y a todas comerciales, restrauntes tambien. Nos dejaron a utilizar el padel que tenian ellos. tambien nos prestaron una sombrilla de playa.. Cocina tenia todas lo que necesitabamos para cocinar, la ducha tenia champu, gel y toallas para cada persona. Nos sentimos en casa durante nuestra vacaciones. Si volvemos seguro que nos quedariamos con ellos. Recomendable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Isidoros’ lovely house in Armolia. As shown in the pictures, the house is a beautifully restored and decorated stone house, with a fully stocked modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Beyond the house itself, highlights of this property are: 1) its location in the charming little town of Armolia, which is centrally located for accessing popular sights of the south (e.g. the towns of Pyrgi and Mesta, Mavra Volia beach, the Masticha museum etc.) and features a couple of great local restaurants, and 2) the host, Isidoros, who is extremely prompt and polite in all communications, and goes out of his way to be helpful—from leaving kind welcoming gifts, to accommodating last-minute changes when our scheduled ferry got cancelled. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

La casa di Ioanna, Villa Mastika è stata una splendida esperienza, ero solo, ma sarebbero state benissimo anche più persone. I genitori di Ioanna sono stati super accoglienti e gentili, ho trovato un appartamento intero solo per me super pulito, molto vicino al centro di Komi, un bellissimo patio coperto dove rilassarmi la sera. il WiFi era ottimo! così come l'aria condizionata e la schermatura delle finestre, finalmente una struttura in Grecia dove non vieni svegliato all'alba dalla luce del sole. Letto comodissimo, doccia ottimo, cucina super con tanti elettrodomestici, mancava solo una lavatrice, ma va benissimo così. Ho trovato molte sorprese per me nel frigorifero, c'erano bevande oltre l'acqua e il necessario per varie colazioni che non mi aspettavo e sono stato sorpreso e felice. In più essendo una vera casa e non un semplice studios c'era il necessario per farmi anche il caffè, olio per cucinare ecc... insomma esperienz fadantastica, mi manca molto Villa Mastika. Grazie❤🫂

The house is stunning and has what you would need. I liked the added touch of having snacks and waters there when we arrived since it took a little bit to get unpacked and situated. The house is in walking distance to the main drag of Komi, but it is not as close as it is listed on the map on Airbnb.

Katarraktis is a quite and peaceful small town with lovely restaurants. Worth staying there... House has a wonderful location with also a wonderful view. Δημητριος was extremely helpful and kind. Very quick response with specific directions in case you require help. Had a delicious, peaceful and lovely time there.
