It is 400 square meters with a 30 square meter pool. It has 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, and a large garden. It is furnished with new and very stylish furniture. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 minutes to the center of Çeşme. 15 minutes to Alaçatı center. There are sports equipment and a jacuzzi in my house. The windows that open onto the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.

For this reason, internally it has the form of a castle village, built during the Genoese period. The house in which I invite you to stay is located in the center of the village, in picturesque streets.
