It was my second time in Madrid and there was no question to book Sandra's apartment again for the trip. Sandra is such a nice person, always available, had good hints for hidden spots etc. The apartment could not be better located, is clean as always, private and has all you want to have to. Sandra's apartment will be again my first choice for the next trip to Madrid. And it should be yours as well. Muchas gracias, amiga!

We travel to visit family. The area is very quiet and close to parks , leisure areas, health center, restaurants, train... Everything is very well connected. Rosa excellent host, from the first moment she was interested in that we had what we needed, the husband left us the house warmly so that the reception was very pleasant, she helped us with the luggage...Nice, very good treatment, communicative, available, recommended 💯

We were well received. They responded quickly and thought along with us. We felt welcome and enjoyed the beautiful clean modern apartment! The neighborhood we were in was particularly nice, with also in the private street places to have breakfast or a bite to eat. You can easily stick around the neighborhood. We'd love to come back for Madrid and also for this apartment!

Definitely recommend this apartment. The location was fantastic and the apartment was perfect for a couple or three people. Restaurants, bars, attractions were all walkable. Marie was great as well. Super friendly and always very responsive. You should stay here.

the new and very clean apartment, very spacious and comfortable, perfect for two adults and a child, with two bathrooms, which is also very practical, the kitchen is very well equipped, the neighborhood is very quiet, next to a good coffee shop for breakfast, to the center you arrive perfectly with the train from Getafe station, it is 15-20 min, we loved everything, we came in Easter and we had a great time!

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

The house is very nice as described. Spacious and spacious living room, kitchen with all the necessary utensils and bbq, spacious and comfortable rooms. A shame it didn't make good time to enjoy the outdoor area and the surroundings of the village, but also a very good option. The stay was great,I went with the family to be in Warner Bros for a couple of days and we decided on this place,it looked great in the listing and it was. We were able to enjoy a nice weekend. The hosts' attention was excellent as was the treatment. The house is quite comfortable and complete with nothing to miss. As soon as we arrive, we were perfectly indicated that places we can visit, such as shopping, leisure centers, etc... We would definitely repeat it again.

A clean place and just like you can see in the photos. The whirlpool is fine, the bed and sofa are super comfortable. The pool is shared with another house. BBQ's as well, but there are two BBQs, one per house.

Sandra always responds quickly to questions and Maria helps with whatever is needed. The apartment is as described. The subway is 10 min. There is a Carrefour 5 minutes away for shopping and the "Boulangerie" that makes very good bread.
