David’s place was great! You cannot beat the location and view. We were so thankful we chose this place, it was close to everything and he is a great host. We’d love to come back!

El lugar cumple lo que promete, todo se ve igual que en las fotos (o mejor). Los 6 puntos que para mí son álgidos en la estadía en un Airbnb funcionan perfectamente (aire acondicionado, duchas, toilets, toallas, ropa blanca y almohadas). Eduardo es muy buen anfitrión, amable pero no invasivo. Todo impoluto, merece todos los comentarios positivos recibidos por otros huéspedes

Sharon is a fantastic host and the place is the perfect location central to many restaurants and activities in Santa Teresa. The apartment and the property is kept clean. Sharon even helped facilitate the ATV drop off and a laundry request. I stayed for 7 days and would absolutely consider staying here again on a future visit to Santa Teresa. Thank you Sharon for making everything so easy!

Our family of five (with three kids under four) had the most incredible month at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, with a breathtakingly gorgeous beach just steps away. We felt completely safe the entire time, which was so important with little ones. The house itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the wonderful staff. Maureen, the housekeeper, was incredibly helpful and kind, making everything seamless for us. And we can’t recommend Domingo the cook enough—her dinners were a highlight of our trip! We used her services every night, and every meal was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a stress-free, beautiful getaway with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to return!

Casa Baru is a beautiful home and a perfect location for accessing the beach and many great restaurants. When we walked in the door my kids said, “This looks like a celebrity’s house!”. The outdoor space is beautiful and serene and indoors is spacious and comfortable. Juan was super responsive to any questions we had and he had great local recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful home and Juan as a host!

Had an amazing stay ! Location gives you a real feel of Costa Rica, she was not kidding when she said you need a 4X4 to access the property. Love the home, love the view, and love the easy communication with the host.

Neil’s house is a beautiful mix of the sea and jungle! The house was more than we expected, it was beyond words. The beach was just steps away from the house. The cebtral location was perfect for many activities we planned. The local restaurants were a short walk away. Jenny greeeted us with a smile and helped us get settled in. I highly recommend this casa!!!

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

Make sure you have 4x4 and book this place, you won’t regret it!!!!!!!

This property in Montezuma is ideal. Just far enough from town to have peace and quiet when desired, but also only steps to the town if some nightlife is what you are looking for. The beach location is perfect and just above the sea turtle conservation area - we were lucky enough to witness a hatching event! The grounds and pool area are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The property itself is bright and clean with lots of indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is well stocked and the house keeper Lilly was very responsive if anything extra was needed. We loved the big bright shower with skylight. We actually were able to see monkeys in the trees right outside the window in the shower one morning! Karen, our host, was very responsive and generous with her time and suggestions. Oh and if you are looking for some out of this world fish tacos and iced coconut coffee check out Habitat just above the main village. Wow! Highly recommend!

This condo was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view. It was a very brief walk to the Main Street. Everything was literally five minute walk. They are picky with who they host (with good reason) because of how pristine it is. Thank you :)

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Josephine communicated clearly and timely. The condo met my family's need. We needed a place to relax after some days of intense hikes in other regions. The pool was lovely and right outside our door. We watched surfers on the beach though the rough waters and rocky beach did not avail sun-soaking or swimming.

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Hoy nos despedimos de ese Hermoso lugar , un Condo súper equipado , todo como sale en las fotos , me ayudaron en todo lo que les pregunté , el lugar es HERMOSO 😍 NATURALEZA , SE RESPIRA PAZ , vimos los monos cara blanca , lapas y oso perezoso visitamos las dos playas Manta y playa blanca ahí mismo , el edificio está súper cerca de la playa, tiene muchas comodidades el beach club también estaba muy relajante y vista al mar me encanto, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con la vista del balcón que tiene la naturaleza que se respira , se los recomiendo pra pasar unas vacaciones en familia , mi familia y yo estamos seguros que volveremos a venir ☺️😍😍😍Exelente 20/10 Punta Esmeralda no tengo una sola queja de nda ni cn el lugar ni Anfrition que nos ayudo con todo .
