This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay amazing. The rooms? Way bigger and better than the photos, like, 20x better. Honestly, it’s the kind of spot you’d want to gatekeep, but it’s too good not to share. They serve buffet breakfast and dinner (so good), with a special shoutout to their Gobhi 65: it’s out of this world. The pool was incredibly clean and beautiful. But the standout feature was the hospitality, major kudos to Prakash, who was always available to arrange autos and take care of anything else we needed. If you’re on the fence, don’t overthink it. Just book it, you’ll thank me later.

A serene Retreat Amidst Nature’s Embrace..!! My recent stay at this charming cottage was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty, the cottage offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the picturesque view of the river right in front of the room.The water was not only refreshing but also perfectly complemented the surrounding nature's ambiance. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable arrangement and coordination of the property. From the cozy interiors of the cottage to the well-maintained surroundings, every aspect of the property exuded warmth and hospitality. My stay at this beautiful cottage was truly amazing, thanks to its idyllic location, refreshing riverfront experience, and impeccable property arrangement. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway amidst nature’s embrace….

Good place to stay with friends. A little bit of communication gap can be felt if you're not a local language speaker. The Airbnb is good, sometimes there is a little electricity issue but hot water can still be arranged by the caretaker. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful place and nice host!

Had a wonderful stay with a group friends. The property had all the amenities and a good view of the mountains. Giri and housecaretaker Antony was always available to take care of all requirements.

location little bit outside the city and road to the property was very small and inconvenience. Property was excellent but owner asked us to get what and other basic necessary ourselves.

Good place to stay with spacious rooms and clean washroom. Kitchen is well equipped and the welcome staff is very friendly. They even get food from restaurants to the place for you to eat.

Host was super friendly and helpful in precise instructions - including how to get an epass for my vehicle firstly. Then map location was shared and He clearly instructed that there's a paid jeep ride to and from the property to the road. Plus they offered me 2 complementary rides to and from the property which is all I needed.. Joshua knows the surroundings like his backyard. We visited all the off beat location in peace nearby thanks to his expert guidance. Wish I could've stayed another day at this Awesome property

It was quiet a great stay. We travelled along with our kids and mostly we prefer homestays as it gives a comfortable stay like a home. We stayed for two days and would say, it met our expectations.  Located within city & in residential area & we find easy to access tourist spots. It is in a residential area which is calm and peaceful and safe. The rooms are fairly big,Clean and comfortable. Caretaker Ammu is very good and she was available at our service whenever needed.This homestay had a full-fledged kitchen as well. Since we have kids ,it was very useful to make milk,Coffee and dosa as my little one is the fuzzy eater. The roof of the home stay provides picturistic view of the hills and we enjoyed the weather while sitting on the rooftop. It has wifi,geyser,warmer,security camera which is good to note as in some of our earlier homestays these facilities were missing. The owner also called us and checked our comfortablity. overall we had a pleasant stay over here . Thank you

Situated at a great location. It offers a nice view of the valley. It is also right on way to the Kodaikanal bus stand, so you needn't enter Kodaikanal city to come here. Hosts were friendly and helpful

It’s an great place .. I will suggest everyone to visit this place bec we can spend a lot of time in garden with camp fire and bbq.. it’s an memorable ..u guys who visit this place will surely think of my review… very satisfied

The property was cozy, clean, which made it a perfect getaway with a big group to spend time with. The host was exceptionally responsive and friendly, always available to assist with any queries. The cottage itself was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a relaxing stay at Kodaikanal.

The house is perfect and comfortable for a hill station stay...it has a good mountain view from the balcony. The way to reach is a little tricky due to bad road for last 500 meter. We faced water and power issue at the morning but thanks to caretaker Ganesh Anna who arranged the technicians and solved it. Maddy is responsive for any doubts.
