A lovely stay , really nice and cool place which we appreciated in the heat way. Perfect location for everything you need - however the music is loud some eves so not for light sleepers , but we enjoyed it. Thank you !

Good and fast communication. The room was clean and has a nice location in the center. A small balcony with 2 chairs was very pleasant to be able to sit for a while. Recommended!

The host couple was very courteous and also provided us with beer and wine in the evening. The train station to Bagheria is a 45-minute walk and then you can walk in 10 minutes to the central station in Palermo. There everything within walking distance. The hostess currently also learns German very neatly speaks English. Motorcycle parking was 100m in sight and safe.

Unbeatable value for money If you're sensitive to noise take earplugs for the nearby highway But like all beachfront houses, the highway is behind so nothing abnormal The view from the 2 balconies is wouahh 40min from Cefalu 30 min from Palermo We did our shopping in Trabia Although we are French, they all made an effort to understand us Sicilians are adorable The owners of the property also and accommodating

Beautiful place. Easy walk to the beach and great seafood restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms with backyard and front porch to sit and relax.

Contact with Fabrizio was very pleasant and accommodating! Questions were answered super quickly and our concerns were resolved quickly. We were expecting a very sweet welcome gift (pastries and wine) in the apartment. The place was the same as in the pictures and the view of the countryside was stunning! We are happy to recommend the property and Fabrizio 😊

Giulia was very friendly during our stay. Quick answering our questions, even on new year's eve! She even helped us with transport, because we needed a doctor. The place is amazing, with stunning views and calm.

Great location within a walking distance to the beach (5 - 10 minutes) and restaurants. Still peaceful wihtout much traffic and noise. Great garden with playground for children. And Olga is truly a superhost, always kind and responsive. Highly recommended!

We spent four weeks at the villa and were delighted. We felt like home and loved waking up every morning with the view of the sea. We had regular contact with Marilena, she was extremely helpful and gave us great tips for restaurants and the surrounding area. If we had problems (e.g. we used up the gas once), she immediately took care of a solution. We had our dog with us, so we appreciated the little lawn in front of the house. It is necessary to have a car, otherwise it is a bit cumbersome to get from A to B. The house had everything as it was shown in the pictures. In some cases, we would have liked a little more in the kitchen equipment (e.g. a second cutting board, economy peeler, cereal bowls, etc.), but we were able to arrange well. We are always happy to come back, thank you so much for allowing us such a great time:-).

What to say..it was a perfect stay! There were 6, 4 adults and 2 small children. The accommodation was equipped with all comforts and close to the thermal baths of Segesta. Francesca was very present and available for all our requests! I highly recommend it and .. that's for sure.. I'll go back!
