Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Pagosa

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is very nice, and the views from the back patio are unmatched. The pictures don’t do it justice. The river is right behind the house making it a dreamy location. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is clean, open and spacious. The only critique we had is that the living room set up makes it tough to gather around the tv. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway, and it didn’t stop us from squeezing in and watching tv before bed. There is a great loft space as well with gorgeous views. It’s the perfect location between the town of Pagosa and wolf creek ski lodge. Linda is very communicative, quick to respond, and the most thorough host I have ever worked with. I would book here again without reservation. It’s a gorgeous house with everything you could ever need and more! It’s better than the pictures!!

We had the most amazing time here! The house is beautiful and so perfect with so many spaces to relax and take in the gorgeous scenery. Our dogs loved the area and the little fenced in part of the yard. The location is the best part being right on the river and not too far from town. We also enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood during the day. This place was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back.

Loved this place. Perfect for our family in Spring Break. Our older daughter has space in the MIL suite and the kitchen was great to cook in. Hosts have all supplies you need to feast at home. Short walk to the lake and we are see the sled near the Summit which might have been the peak of our trip. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Perfect for us and our pups.

This 3-bedroom place worked great for our group of 6 adults and our many cooking projects. Had everything we needed - blankets, cookware, kettle, microwave and oven and stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms. One bath is in the master suite, fyi. The neighborhood is not walking-friendly, but beautiful and convenient.

Hi Ohea, Thanks for a great living space. We had a grand time in your nicely appointed home. There was room to be together and also to comfortably have time to ourselves. Many good discussions were held in the "board room" aka the dining room. The time, love and attention to the arrangement, lighting and construction of the infrastructure and furniture was appreciated more than once. Thanks again for having us over. S, G & M People - what are you waiting for - rent this house. :)

The only mark against the location was the cost(AirBnB fees) otherwise it was wonderful. Chuck is very helpful, and aims to make sure uour stay is as comfortable as possible. would love to visit again, and NOT be there for work.

Perfect spot for walking downtown and a nice base for exploring nearby mountains. Coffee was plentiful and we had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Jeff's place is absolutely serene! Beautiful inside and out. We loved having our morning coffee on the porch swing and taking in the views. We were very close to area restaurants, golf course, and trail heads. We would love to stay again when we are back in the Pagosa Springs area.

We had a positive experience staying at Rocky's place! It was cozy and comfy and just like described! The only thing noted was the "shared" hot tub and swimming pool are NOT on the property... You have to drive to a recreation center and pay a daily fee in order to swim... so we didn't get to swim...Added bonus was the beautiful Christmas tree and decor ♥️ We will definitely look to book again next time we visit Pagosa!

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were amazing. They were responsive, kind, and full of helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the small touches that made the space feel so welcoming, from the comfortable bedding to the well-equipped kitchen. Whether you’re looking to soak in the hot springs, hike in the mountains, or just unwind and enjoy nature, this is the perfect home base. We can’t recommend it enough and would definitely love to stay here again!

Our family was only here for one night but it was awesome!!

This was the perfect spot in Pagosa Springs! The house was very clean, and smelled nice upon entering. The kitchen had all the essentials and made cooking easy. The views are stunning and the location is great! Just a few minutes drive from any of the stores in town and 10 to 20 minutes away from some really incredible hiking trails. Awesome place to stay!

This was the perfect place for multiple couples to stay! We all has our own suites and privacy while still enjoying time together in the spacious living room.

More than I imagined for this great little getaway. Rick was responsive to the one call I made. Great location and great little hideaway. Great price and great value. I’ll definitely be back if the house is available.

Great place and amazing hosts!

The house and yard were perfect for our ski trip. We were unable to find care for our dogs at home so being able to bring them along was a must. The yard is large and the fence is secure and made for a perfect stay for all of us! The house is surrounded by good walking opportunities for the dogs and beautiful views! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans and the couch is comfy. The large garage was a great feature and allowed us to keep ski gear in the car. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend the house!

Beautiful cabin, great place for a family get away. The cabin included everything we needed for a restful stay. The host was very responsive.

Great location. Walkable to bike paths and very quiet. We loved the hot tub and our dog loved the yard! Thanks again….

The River Cabin was exactly as described and shown which is great. But the surroundings were gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. The river is just in front of the cabin. The river was still high and swift during our stay so we weren't able to catch anything from it during our stay but we did catch some trout from the ponds. There is lots of room to roam on the property. With the cabin only 2 miles from downtown you can easily run there to grab a bite to eat. Kim and Conor are gracious and friendly hosts and very responsive. Seclusion, beauty, peace and quiet all close to town makes this the perfect place to stay! I highly recommend it!

Fabienne was a wonderful host, especially as we booked our trip on 8 hours notice! She was attentive and generous, and her dogs were amazing; our dog was so happy and seemed to love playing with them in the front yard. We loved the location, it was quiet, and the interior felt like a ski resort cabin! Thanks for your hospitality and we hope to be back soon!
