Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Pagosa

Just got home from after an amazing memorial weekend at Ralph and Becky’s place. What started off as a nightmare booking with Airbnb as our original hosts cancelling on us last minute, we scrambled quickly to find something else. Since day one of me reaching out, the hosts and Kimberly the co host were great and responsive and honestly booking here turned into a great dream. I loved how much privacy you have between all 5 rooms and the number of restrooms so it was never difficult to get ready at the same time. The amazing view of the stream and nature off the balcony of the master bedroom was remarkable. We had one slight issue with the fridge( there were two so wasn’t really an issue but wanted to keep them informed) and they responded quickly and also offered a great back up to help out. There were plenty of games on hand, the hot tub worked amazing and just overall a really satisfying stay. Will definitely keep in mind when we are back in Pagosa.

House was extremely clean and comfortable. Felt very at home right away. Everything was easy to find and operate. Beds were comfortable. Favorite thing about the house was sitting in the front room that has all the windows just drinking my coffee enjoying the silence. Beautiful home. There was just the three of us on this trip, but I would recommend this home to anyone that has the need to accommodate a large group as this house could easily sleep 10-12 people or more comfortably. And the town of Pagosa Springs…I’m in love! Looking forward to staying again next hunting season!!

We love to travel with our two dogs, and a secure backyard is important to us. This was a great place for our two girls with lots of room for playing ball and running. The house was roomy and well kept it had everything we needed to cook which we do when we’re on vacation.

We had a great time at Bethany's place. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed but nothing that affected our overall experience. Would stay again.

This was a really nice house and had pretty much everything we needed. The WiFi was spotty at some points, but everyone was comfortable. The only downside is that it’s not walkable at all—it’s 10-15 minutes from downtown and no hikes that are walkable to the house, but we should’ve done our research. The kitchen was definitely the most well-stocked place I’ve stayed (utensils, spices, oils, etc). We had more than enough towels. The hot tub was awesome and the fenced in yard is ideal for pets. Neighborhood is quiet but has no street lamps, so it’s nerve racking to drive when it’s dark out. The washer and dryer is also so nice to have.

Stayed for a family Christmas vacation. We had a fantastic stay & the house was stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

Katie's house is in a great location. The views are wonderful. Close to town but far enough to see deer and fox in the yard. House is beautiful and Katie was helpful if needed. Never use the hot tub but it looked nice as well. Thank you for having us! We will keep you in mind when we come back!

Beautiful home! Would definitely stay there again! We had a group of 8 of us and it fit us perfectly. By the end of the trip we were all saying how we’d love to come back.

Our two families with a bunch of kiddos had an amazing time here! There was tons of things for the kids to do and a nice little hot tub for the adults and a fire pit to make s’mores in. Would definitely stay again.

The house was in a great location, just 1/2 a mile from my son’s house. The house was well stocked for my dog. I didn’t need to bring my crate! The projector TV was too high tech for me, but we did not need to use it. It was a lovely stay. I hope I can book again next year.

Extremely nice, very well equipped spacious home. Our family of 7 spent a week here and enjoyed it immensely. The view is incredible and the location to town and Wolf Creek Ski Area makes it very convenient. Would definitely recommend this home and will look to book it again

Camp Kimberly was one of our best airbnb experiences! It was exactly what we hoped it would be and more. Cozy cabin and incredible views. We honestly had a hard time leaving the property because it was so relaxing on our own in the beautiful surroundings. Eating meals from the porch and soaking in the hot tub with the panoramic views was definitely our favorite part. The property is far enough away from town that you get the unique experience of being out on your own in nature. But close enough that you can easily grab a meal, get groceries, check out the hot springs, and explore trails without too far of a drive. Definitely recommend coming out to Camp Kimberly to get some really good rest.

Muriel is a wonderful host to work with! She went above and beyond to accommodate us! A beautiful lake side cabin in a very quite community. The house is clean and comfortable it was just the getaway we were looking for! Excellent place to stay!
