House vacation rentals in Pagosa

My family and I had a great stay at Jeff’s house in Pagosa Springs. The location is ideal for trips into the mountains for outdoor adventures and trips into town to enjoy the hot springs and restaurants. We woke every morning to plentiful mountain sunlight, fresh air and deer passing by through the trees. Very quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to returning again sometime.

The house was perfect for our Family. Everything we needed and more. We would love to come back in Summer and see this beautiful area.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Pagosa Springs! The home was spotless and felt so inviting the moment we walked in. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra blankets, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, close to all the best attractions, restaurants, and of course, the hot springs. Whether we were relaxing inside or exploring the area, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Not only was the condo absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show it to be, the hosts literally thought of everything! From a fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), to tons of games for the kids to play, all the way to a bucket of sand to put on the ice outside! We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

This is a fabulous home and a perfect base for a Pagosa Springs vacation. My family of 5 was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including space!). The beds are really comfortable. Close to a City Market for groceries. A quick drive into town and was close to all the hikes we wanted to do. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. My boys had good luck fishing off the dock. The pictures of the views don’t do the beauty justice!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great little place to stay and relax

This was our family’s first trip to Colorado. We were looking for something cozy and felt like home. Christy’s Mountain Home definitely hit the mark. Big windows to see the beautiful Mountain view. Conveniently located amongst the restaurants, downtown town shops, and the Hot Springs resort. Only 30 minutes to Wolf Creek. Looking to return in the fall. Thank you Christy. The Maxwell’s

This was a wonderful place to stay. Home was just as described and the surrounding area was great. It provided a good spot to get to skiing, hiking ,even hot air balloon. It was a fantastic vacay and hopefully we’ll be back soon!

We had the most amazing time here! The house is beautiful and so perfect with so many spaces to relax and take in the gorgeous scenery. Our dogs loved the area and the little fenced in part of the yard. The location is the best part being right on the river and not too far from town. We also enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood during the day. This place was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back.

great location, easy access to mountain hikes and 10 minutes to town center for hot springs, river walk and some great eats. Not to forget an excellent bakery. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable and super roomy. The kitchen was stocked with some of the best cook ware I've seen at any rental which made for some mighty fine home cooked meals. I would definitely stay here again for future visits to the area.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay and Bill and Cindy’a place. The home and property are beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of kayaks and paddle boards to use and the dock was perfect for fishing. Cindy and Bill were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay with our group. The football was a huge hit. Very large common areas with a great layout for big groups. The kitchen was big enough for us to cook together. Lots of fun grilling and playing games together.

Monica was very responsive and proactively communicated before and during our stay. The rental was exactly what we expected and great value. Loved the location with views and walking distance to the hot springs. I'll definitely look to stay here again.

Staying here was a such a treat. Matt and I loved the home and the hospitality, and hope to return someday! Nicole's place is a jewel on all levels - we highly recommend it!

This is such a beautiful house and location! We got a little unlucky with the weather and wound up spending more time indoors than usual, but the house was so wonderful that we did not even mind. The foosball table was a HUGE HIT with the kids! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The rooms were spacious. The front deck was perfect for hanging out and watching the sunset. We appreciated having the garage space, too, especially because there was not much yard space. We had a fantastic time in Pagosa Springs and would love to stay here again!!

More than I imagined for this great little getaway. Rick was responsive to the one call I made. Great location and great little hideaway. Great price and great value. I’ll definitely be back if the house is available.

Beautiful cabin, great place for a family get away. The cabin included everything we needed for a restful stay. The host was very responsive.

A Relaxing Retreat in Pagosa Springs – 5 Stars I can’t say enough good things about our stay at The Pagosa Blue home in Pagosa Springs. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful and welcoming the property felt. Surrounded by towering pines and fresh mountain air, it was the perfect escape from everyday life. The home itself is immaculate—spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail feels intentional, from the cozy furnishings to the large windows that frame the views. The living room is especially inviting, with a plush sectional and fireplace that made it easy to unwind after a day of hiking. The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking a breeze, but the real showstopper was the jacuzzi. Located on the back deck and perfectly positioned under the stars, it quickly became our favorite part of the stay. There’s nothing quite like soaking in a hot tub with a glass of wine while watching the sky turn pink over the San Juan Mountains. We will be back.

Such an amazing place. We arrived to the location in the dark. But woke up to a beautiful view. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and the hosts were amazing. Would definitely stay there again.
