This place was our best choice even before we realized there would be a freshly-prepared, multi-course gourmet breakfast. House is as advertised, clean, and well-located. Scott and Lisa are friendly, responsive, and fantastic cooks. Enjoy!

Jennifer’s place was great! It was very Virginia. Back in wolf town but off of more main roads. Everything was clean and open. Jennifer is very communicative. She had the porch lights on to welcome us as it’s very dark in the mountains. Just an additional note to be aware of is that bedrooms and bathroom are on second floor. This was fine for us but my arthritic dog needed some assistance. Overall a great stay and perfect if you’re looking to enjoy the mountains or local winery!

Chanel blew any expectations out of the water. Everyone was very friendly and the area was great. Every where we ate or shopped was amazing. Can't thank this couple enough for going above and beyond for visitors.

We spent two nights at David’s place and it was a wonderful place to come back to after a long hike. The cottage was clean and cozy, but the one of the highlights of our trip was watching the sunset on the patio. The property is spectacular! Also bonus points for the mini muffins! Thank you for a great stay!

The Fox Den is one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the hot tub, roasting marshmallows at the outdoor fireplace, grilling steak, and simply relaxing for a couple of days. The cottage had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Although the cottage and hot tub are located next to the main house, we still felt a sense of privacy. We've been visiting different Airbnbs annually in the VA and PA areas, and the location of this one was excellent. We followed two of the recommendations from the provided guidebook, and they were amazing (Carter's Mountain Orchard and Fiorano Restaurant).

The space was exactly as described. The host was responsive when we needed some additional linens.

Everything was top notch, pictures don't do the location justice. The ambiance is peaceful quiet fresh air beautiful views, the house is as listed and more, You get what you paid for. Leena is an amazing person very responsive and very hospitable. Don't think twice just book you will not be disappointed.

We were in Culpeper for a wedding, and it was the perfect place to stay! close to the downtown area and a lovely neighborhood nearby to walk out dog. It was a very hot and muggy weekend, and the AC in the airbnb was perfect!

A beautiful place to unplug! Everything about the space was clean, cozy, and welcoming. Very quiet and private for those looking for that. The stars here at night were breathtaking! A short drive into downtown Orange, VA. Will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for a gorgeous place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and disconnect for a while, this is THE spot! You can have it all, both the disconnection from busy life and a short drive into town for incredible restaurants and shopping. Your hosts have put so much thought and consideration into making your stay incredible—from amenities to fresh muffins, snacks, coffee, and waters. This is clearly a really special place they’ve carefully curated to ensure you have the best time possible. We loved our stay and hope to make it a routine spot.

I’ve stayed at a fair number of Airbnb’s and other short term rentals over the years, and Stones Throe was possibly the best. The cabin was charming and comfortable, the property was gorgeous, and Leyla was an incredibly thoughtful, responsive and gracious hostess. We loved our fresh eggs and honey, and enjoyed a morning visit from the chickens. The bed was amazing. White Oak Canyon is just a few minutes away, so we got a stress-free early start on our hike. We recommend the tasting menu at Sumac for a unique and delicious meal, but be aware that it’s at a brewery so non-alcoholic drink options are very limited. We look forward to visiting again for a longer stay once the weather is cooler.

Cute little house right beside a field of curious cows! Great for us this weekend because we were not really there much. There were a few cameras outside which made it feel like you didn't have total privacy. Close to host's residence, which was fine just not expected. RV parked right outside the front door obstructing some views. But overall worth it and would probably stay again.

Absolute GEM of a spot! The guest house was spotless and looked just like the photos. Seemingly endless fun things to do on the property. Very friendly and responsive hosts as well. Go ahead and book this place while you still can! We'll definitely be back!

What an amazing sanctuary to relax between graduation events. Directions were perfect and the horses, they make the stay truly special.

Katie's Kottage was a lovely place to stay. It was peaceful and very relaxing. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated that Catherine included so many ideas for activities in the area. The had a basket full of pamphlets. Catherine and Richard were very friendly. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We had a Great weekend get away for my wife’s Birthday. Shenandoah Nation Park was a short drive away with lists of trails. Plenty of Winery and Brewery in the area as well. The place is beautifully built and the kitchen was fully equipped for me to make dinners. There was also a large yard perfect for our Chocolate Lab to run.

The Hippie House was super-cute and comfortable. Space was very well-used and nice. The little town of Woodstock was also adorable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but we’re just passing through.

Beautiful farm cabin, huge property to walk around, all amenities needed for a relaxing weekend, and probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever walked into … Definitely recommend.

Loved our stay! We were here from DC mainly to hike and relax and the space was perfect for both! Location is close to the north entrance of Shenandoah National Park which was wonderful. We cooked most meals in the unit and it was well equipped for basic meals. Beds were comfy, AC/heaters worked great, and the views were spectacular. Host was lovely and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!
