Perfect stay for our group of 12 - exactly as described, this is not luxury but it is comfortable and easy and well laid-out. Everything exactly as described.

We had an amazing stay at the Miller House! The way Dawn cared for and improved the house and the property is inspiring! The house is well equipped. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the living room setup is perfect. We loved sitting out on both the front porch and the patio in the morning and at night. It was chilly outside at night, so the fire pit was a nice touch, with plenty of stargazing opportunities. The gas fireplace in the living room is also very easy to operate and gives even a cozier feeling. The way the house was renovated and decorated kept the farm house feel, and gave us a real taste of country living. We loved waking up to the sunrises, and walking around the property. Every corner of the property and the house is picture perfect (we took so many pics!) Overall it was a great vacation/family reunion for us and we really enjoyed the farm house/country life feel this house provided. We would love to come back in the future!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Eileen's. Her home was beautiful. The amenities she provided was above and beyond other places I have stayed. We loved the fresh eggs we were able to purchase. The home was warm and cozy on the cold nights. We used both the fire pit and the hot tub. They were both great. If we are in the area again we would definitely book again.

The Sun Dancer Lodge has the most wonderful views! Not hard to find, yet so quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room and Darden was a responsive and helpful host! We'll look to come back next year!

I have now stayed at 3 of Derek's properties and all experiences have been fantastic! I think I loved this Walden cabin the most, though! The view, the gorgeous property, the well-kept and comfortable home - it's all amazing. I don't think I'll stay anywhere else when I want to visit the Blue Ridge from now on!

My fiancé, pup, and I booked this place for a relaxing valentine’s weekend getaway, and we got exactly that! The cottage was charming and such a peaceful oasis with the beautiful views and farm animals in clear sight. The hosts were kind enough to leave us farm fresh eggs, muffins, and valentine’s themed chocolates — all were delicious and well appreciated! Additionally, they were very responsive and extremely friendly :) My fiancé and I spent time cooking dinner together, I baked, and watercolored, it was a lovely time! I highly recommend this place and hope to be back!

This place is a great getaway for those who want a peaceful place to disconnect. We loved the rustic cabin feel and being able to walk out to the pond and fish. Jane was very responsive and helpful the entire trip. We would absolutely recommend to anyone. Would love to book this again in the future!

Ryanne and Jay are great hosts. Proactive, quick and clear communication throughout our 6 day stay in their modern Luray farmhouse. I took my wife, 2 kids and German Shepherd for 6 nights. It was everything we hoped for and more! The drives to Shenandoah NP and other points of interest are short, but take your time to appreciate the charm that the area gives you. The lake nearby was great for fishing and sunset walks. The house was very comfortable, clean and included everything you needed. They made sure to reach out post check-in to see if you needed anything. Luray is such a beautiful town. Our kids especially loved the trout stream running right through the town with several good bank positions to land a fish. Our dog loved waking up and going outside to see the farm animals. We encountered many types of birds including a Turkey roaming the yard. Perfect for grounding yourselves, make sure to check out the caverns! We'll be back to explore more of Shenandoah.

Have stayed here multiple times now but this visit was specifically for my daughter and son in law to enjoy a babymoon getaway. The river is easily accessible so they floated in tubes one day and took their canoe out another. They were able to take their dog as it is dog friendly. They grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful decks around the home. Resturant suggestions were layed out with local menus as well as local attractions. Luray Caverns is close by, Cooters, from Dukes of Hazards store serves a great lunch, and the drive and scenery all around is incredible. Sharon is the best host and always available by text or phone for questions. Check in and out were simple.

This place was great, we found it very welcoming for the family we had. Lots of games inside and good living space. The themed bedrooms were a hit. View was amazing. Pool extremely warm which was great on the cooler day. Everything worked as expected when arriving. Loved the selection of games and toys for the infants in toddler. Will note there was a manure smell outside but you’re booking a cabin next to a cow farm. So it adds to the authenticity can’t complain about that.

The house was clean, comfortable, well appointed and as described. we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Cassandra's place for our weekend getaway! The space was quiet and spacious. We loved walking the property to see the farm animals before exploring the trails. It was also nice to have access to the tasting room just steps away from our front door. As the listing stated, the property is on a working farm, so there were some bugs in the space, but it didn't impact our stay.

Our stay was exactly what we expected it to be, peaceful, and quiet. We came in town for the weekend to witness a wedding, while there we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and got to have some good eats at a few restaurants nearby.

House lovely and made a great place to stay for my group of 6. There was plenty of space and everyone was comfortable. Location was very close to Luray, Shenandoah and Skyline drive. Overall great stay!

This was a very clean and well maintained property with plenty of space and a great location just minutes away from Blue Ridge Pk Wy, Luray Caverns, & Shenandoah. Christian responded to us quickly and was very helpful and accommodating for our needs. It’s a bit pricy but we had a great experience. We would stay here again!

This is our second year here for Memorial Day weekend and it was just as great as the first! Hap and Jennie are communicative and responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed kayaking and boating on the river, hiking and relaxing on the porch and by the fire. The accommodations are comfortable and nice for our family (3 kids and 4 adults and a dog). The kitchen is the most well stocked air bnb I have ever seen! We cannot wait to return

Veronica is an amazing host and we had a wonderful time staying there. The place is true to the name - A Time to Chill. We felt right at home as soon as we stepped inside. The kids had a fun time playing arcade games and Foosball. Our evenings were spend mostly in the backyard either in the hot tub or having fun around the bonfire. We couldn't try the pizza oven and felt we should have stayed longer. Definitely, a highly recommended place and we will love to be back soon.

We had such a wonderful and blessed. time. There is so much to do in the surrounding area. Our host was awesome and available at all times. We can’t wait to come back and stay for a week. It’s worth it!!!

We rented this for our son and daughter in law's "mini -moon" after their wedding. It was perfect.

The cabin is gorgeous! It’s taken care of and everything was super comfortable! We loved the privacy and especially loved that the tap water was fresh and filtered! We were sad about the EV charging situation as it wasn’t made clear that it was an extension cord from the house. We hadn’t brought our adaptor to charge our car and that would have been helpful to know it wasn’t an actual charging station as that’s why we chose the place. Perhaps clarify that in the accommodation details? But other than that we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cabin and surrounding areas immensely! Jim and Lisa provided lots of information about the area and that was extremely thoughtful and helpful!

We had a fantastic 4 nights at Bobby’s cabin. Aside from getting some groceries we never even left the property. We watched a ton of movies in the movie shed and relaxed in the hot tub in between. We both needed some time to just rest and this was perfect. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in away from home! We love this area and as a Virginia native I would be very willing to stay in Bobby’s properties while spending some time visiting my home state.

The perfect place for a big group to stay! The house has clearly been designed with groups in mind. There's everything you could ever need to have a great time! We barely left the property all weekend because we were enjoying ourselves so much. Just a beautiful property with plenty of space for everyone. Phenomenal value for the price. We would highly recommend it for anyone!

We loved the place. Easy commute to National park and Market place. Calm and quite place to spend with family.
