Waterfront vacation rentals in Page County

Robert's place was unbelievably peaceful. We enjoyed the view of the near mountain, the sound of the river wrapping around the property, the soothing acreage of organically grown waving grasses (harboring deer and foxes), a few stands of small trees, a plethora of bird houses near enough the house and a deck for taking it all in! One end of the Deer Rapid suspension bridge is right at the end of the driveway. We brought tubes expecting the river to be lazy like it was in 2023 but this time it was far fuller! Had we more time, we would have rented kayaks, had smores every night or hiked up the way. Everything was user friendly; we appreciated the printed binder, too! The overall cleanliness and air quality of the apartment and drinkability of the tap water were particularly good and worthy of mention! We felt the generosity of the host in every thoughtful detail. We encountered one little problem but which Robert bent over backwards to rectify, again showing great kindness. Such peace!

Very cute and clean loft. Enjoyed the location with the park right across the street. Matt was very communicative and friendly and provided local recommendations. Loved the breakfast at Sugar and Bean that was included in our stay.

We spent some days at Diane’s place and it was really lovely. The location is very private and silent, the house is tidy and had everything we needed, and the property was well-equipped with stuff we were allowed to use like canoes or a grill. Already on the property, we saw rabbits, dears, a turtle and a bunch of fireflies in the evening. We had a great time!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful area. The home is better than described and comes with lots of additional things for fun outdoor activities

This is our second year here for Memorial Day weekend and it was just as great as the first! Hap and Jennie are communicative and responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed kayaking and boating on the river, hiking and relaxing on the porch and by the fire. The accommodations are comfortable and nice for our family (3 kids and 4 adults and a dog). The kitchen is the most well stocked air bnb I have ever seen! We cannot wait to return

We really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful and peacful with lots of wildlife. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when an issue cropped up. We would love to come back sometime.

This place was perfect ! Everything you could possibly need was available to us . The hot tub and the fire pits were amazing. The view was incredible. There was so much to do very close to the house! Potato chip tasting , wineries , cave tour, and a really cool parade float museum! We also truly enjoyed the space , lots of room to relax and read a book, play ball outside , fish in the river… great place , highly recommend!

A very lovely house to stay in with a beautiful location. My husband loved being able to fish in the river. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Shiloh Lodge, which my friends and I have renamed, Chateau Shiloh, was everything we could have hope for and more. Sadly, it rained 3 of our 5 days but it didn’t matter. This home was so comfortable and welcoming and relaxing; we didn’t care we were rained in. There were puzzles and games and books and great streaming services to keep us occupied. However, we barely used those amenities. We spent those days cooking and talking and sitting in the rocking chairs looking out the sliding glass doors and watched and listened to the rain, watched the wild life and of course, looked out at the beautiful mountains and the river. If you need a place of peace of mind, body, and spirit renewal, Shiloh Lodge is the place. We thank you so much, Diana , for such a wonderful experience. Take care.

We had a wonderful weekend at this house! Everything was comfortable, clean, clearly labeled, and thoughtfully supplied. The close walk to Lake Arrowhead was perfect, especially to tire out our dogs - who were so happy in this house and with the backyard. We had a rainier weekend than anticipated, but the short drives to downtown Luray and Sperryville allowed us to take advantage of the times of sunshine, and the games supplied in the house made sure that we were never bored. Ryanne and Jay were perfect hosts - friendly, accommodating, and gave great recommendations. Thank you for a great stay!

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary s’mores kit and little presents for our pups. Christine has an absolutely beautiful home located right on the river. It’s far enough out of the way that you can really enjoy nature and feel like you’re secluded, but it’s close enough to be able to drive to Luray. The house itself was comfortable and cozy for my family and furry friends. It really did feel like home. The dogs loved the Dog Den underneath the porch. The porch was beautiful and a fantastic place to relax. Overall, it was a great place, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to Shenandoah. I hope to return again.
