Beautiful and quiet location, quite close to Volos and Pelion. Very practical that inside the rooms are on a separate floor.

We booked the house for three nights and everything was perfect. The house is impeccably well-maintained and doesn't miss anything. Spacious and with all the facilities! We'll definitely go for it again on our eventual visit to the city.

Dimitris' place is full of charm located in the heart of the garden planted with citrus fruits...and in addition the location guarantees you a fabulous sunset to admire to your choice: either from the beach at the end of the garden! ...or from the private terrace!... what more ...we spent 3 magnificent evenings that allowed us to explore the Pelion and enjoy the small village of Afissos and its amenities easily accessible on foot from the house... Dimitris is also a very nice host and very attentive speaking French!..a carresse also to the dog of the house Stella***;) ...if we have the possibility, we will definitely be back!!!

We loved Carlas place. We had a little trouble locating it due to a poor phone signal and the taxi driver refusing to drop us anywhere but the port. Once we arrived it was a perfect location for the beach, bars and restaurants which were all within walking distance. Carla’s communication was great and she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again.

We had a fabulous week staying at Valentina's place. Perfect location in a quiet area but very quick to walk into town ( 5 minutes steep or a few minutes more if you took the steadier route). The house is spotlessly clean and there are lots of thoughtful extras! Valentina and Marianna were perfect hosts! The terrace up on top is spectacular and 'the icing on the cake'. We enjoyed Skiathos so much we have decided to visit again next year...and would have stayed here without a doubt. Unfortunately the week we wanted was already booked...so don't delay..I'm not surprised it's so popular!

This charming house is perfectly located. Close to everything. The house is cozy and we didn't miss anything. The host and hostess are very nice and helpful. We had a great time in this house. We highly recommend this house.

Incredibly beautiful stay. The experience of waking up in the morning and being on the sea is unique. And my wife and I rested and our kids were all day by the sea. Very nice and fresh local foods. And above all, the hosts were very kind and close to us in everything we needed. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to rest and enjoy the sea

Very beautiful and clean accommodation in an excellent location in the center of Volos. There is private parking next to the property for a price of €10 per 24 hours for their home customers. 100% WORTH STAYING

The appartment is sunny, big, fully equiped and clean. Nasos is a great host, helpful and communicative. We do very recommend and will definitely come back again!

Simple but clean apartment, traffic situation relatively quiet as the main road ends here soon, if windows closed, no disturbing noise from outside, nice contact on the phone and on site. Numerous restaurants within walking distance, bus station to the city opposite, a beach within walking distance, many others within a few minutes' drive (car or quad), supermarket in the house All in all, a perfect vacation experience for 1 week

We had a wonderful stay at Athena's. The apartment was in a particularly good location and you could walk to everything in minutes. We are also very grateful to Athena for her hospitality and for picking us up from the airport! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you, Athena!

Great place, you could walk to the beach, down to town and short way to the supermarket. Only minus is that there is some traffic that goes by but it went very well.

Extremely comfortable home . Very quiet and warm , you feel like you are on your own. Inside the house there is everything you can need . The space is very beautiful with what I stand out to be the bench with the high stools in the middle of the house, very beautiful decor and convenient . Smart tv with antenna of course , the balcony super comfortable for either night or day . It also has rgb led lighting that falls nicely on the relief . In general, it's so warm and convenient that you'll love it, I highly recommend it

Amazing stay with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, the room was fully equipped with everything and was incredibly quiet. We will definitely be staying again!

Alexandros was very hospitable, received us personally and showed us the apartment. It was a good place for us, not in the middle of the bustling city, but at a side neighborhood, not far from the park and the boardwalk and next to a nice playground for children. There is some walking to reach downtown. And we came during winter so we didn't took advantage of its short distance to the beach. There is air-conditioner in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. We recommend not to dry the clothes outside during winter because the clothes catch the smell of the chimneys from the surroundings.

we chose this place to accommodate our family because of our wedding, and we needed a place to stay for 6 people. honestly, we can't find a minimum negative comment to say. only positive. The space is quite large and comfortable with a large living room capable of welcoming several people, with a large sofa and armchairs but also a table with chairs in an open plan area. The kitchen had all the amenities, oven, refrigerator, equipment (all new) and table and balcony to spread clothes. the rooms comfortable, clean with very comfortable mattresses the beds.2 bathrooms that especially one was comfortable for a 5-star hotel. there was as much washer as well as dryer. large balcony on the side of the living room with great lighting. the location was great as it was center and in 2 minutes you were next to everything. only bravo to Mrs. Maria and George for their heat welcome and polite service. great communication so we needed anything. it was worth the money we gave!

We had a great stay at Sammi's apartment. The place itself was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and it was wonderful to find that Sammi had taken care of everything even small details so that we could feel immediately at home. The location is very convenient and close to everything. I definitely recommend it.

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything. The communication was excellent, the check in and check out effortless and the fact that it is pet friendly very positive! We would definitely like to stay in this apartment again… and we will definitely do it!!

The house was very positioned in the city of Volos, with anything needed to be within a few minutes walking distance. A spotless and very convenient apartment, with all the comforts. Thanasis gave all the information needed and in the living room he had a book with all the local information. perfect for a couple for a weekend or more extended stay. The home was clean, in a quiet area with easy parking. Yannis was helpful and willing to help us with anything he needed. We will definitely prefer it again when we visit Volos.
