"Eftopia" Sea front apartment

We found the hidden gem of Skopelos. Yanna and her husband were super responsive and made us feel at home. The apartment itself was located within a few steps of two quiet beaches. Lots of great restaurants around the quiet port and Glossa above the port, was such a quaint little picturesque town hanging on the side of the mountains. The views were breathtaking and the house perfect. We would definitely recommend this home away from home, and hope to stay here again for a longer time. Thank you Yana- you are the best hostess we have had on Airbnb!

Paradise on a Budget, Private Beach (5)

What a wonderful welcome! After a long and tiring journey with delays. Paris welcomed us with the table laid and ready with a full meal. The apartment was as described (it's basic but clean) but the pictures don't do the outside space and view justice. The private access beach was the highlight of this place, very often we had the beach totally to ourselves! Although the bus stop is a fair walk away, the nearest supermarket does deliver to the apartment if you ask. We didn't even need to stay and wait in for the delivery as Paris received it for us. To sum up, a beautiful place to stay with a great host.

Alexandros was very hospitable, received us personally and showed us the apartment. It was a good place for us, not in the middle of the bustling city, but at a side neighborhood, not far from the park and the boardwalk and next to a nice playground for children. There is some walking to reach downtown. And we came during winter so we didn't took advantage of its short distance to the beach. There is air-conditioner in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. We recommend not to dry the clothes outside during winter because the clothes catch the smell of the chimneys from the surroundings.

Just come back from a weeks stay. Dennis was great and met us from our taxi as the apartment is not accessible by vehicle 2 min walk). Loved the apartment and the balcony at back and front. Loved the location which was 2 min walk to restaurants and 3 min walk to port. Would stay again

The place was perfect for our stay and within walking distance to shopping and lovely bakeries and restaurants. Restaurants also line the port so many options to choose from just outside the apartment. The host left a fresh loaf of bread and some welcome drinks which was a lovely touch. A comfortable stay for our 5-night stay. I would definitely book it again! Thanks for the hospitality!

This is an amazing property of five beautiful apartments. The apartment that me and my wife stayed in was big and airy with air conditioning ( which is a must even in September ) and a small kitchenette and dining table.The room is well decorated to a modern taste. We had great views over Skiathos town as the property is located in the mountains above. Some might say it's very secluded but I would say it's private and very quiet we sat on the balcony in the mornings and could only hear the wind the crickets and the birds. Be aware though that you need a good hire car / ATV to get here although we did see the occasional taxi passing. The road up is concrete and very steep. The outside of the property flows well with a small round jacuzzi and a pool sunbeds, dinning tables, seats, hammock and sling seat. I did see children's swing, etc. The pine trees around the property shade it well but you can sit in the sun if desired. I must say a special thank you to Anna the maid she was brilliant

Alexia met us upon arrival, gave excellent tips on using her apartment and provided us with local recommendations for island. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Staying above the restaurants was never a problem when sleeping. It was more than quiet for us. It was great spending time on the balcony watching the people and boats move about. We stayed in 3 different places and neighborhoods in Skiathos and this was the only one we didn't want to leave. We had a great stay and would return.

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

It was nice to be able to walk to the public hot baths spot (where there is a changing cubicle), we found the old Roman 'Sulla's cave', and walked around the town; there are lovely views over to the mainland from the the seaside walk and lovely sunsets from the flat balcony. The flat is nice, roomy and comfortable.

Very nice apartment and very nice welcome from the host ( small surprise basket). The 2 terraces are superb, the accommodation is very clean and very spacious. Martha gives instructions and responds quickly to messages. The apartment is also very well located, just downstairs there is a convenience store and a few minutes walk ( less than 3 mins) from restaurants and 7-8 min from the port. Thanks for this beautiful stay

One of the nicest airbnbs I've stayed in for a long time. Alex's Mum Argyro who lives upstairs was very communicative and was waiting for us to show us round the apartment which was comfortable and had everything we needed. Including aircon and fans as it was very hot. Argyro was welcoming, thoughtful without being invasive throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. She arranged a taxi to the airport and was helpful when we needed advice about ferries. It's the perfect location as its 10 minutes walk from the town and 10 minutes from Megali Ammos which is a sandy and shallow beach complete with lovely bars and places to eat if you don't want the hustle and bustle of town. The garden was the best thing, we spent a lot of time there gazing out to sea!! We had a bakery round the corner and everything was very walkable, bus stops very close. Her dog tigre was lovely and no troubl. Skiathos is beautiful. I totally recommend this airbnb and the host and would return again.

Simple but clean apartment, traffic situation relatively quiet as the main road ends here soon, if windows closed, no disturbing noise from outside, nice contact on the phone and on site. Numerous restaurants within walking distance, bus station to the city opposite, a beach within walking distance, many others within a few minutes' drive (car or quad), supermarket in the house All in all, a perfect vacation experience for 1 week

We stayed in the studio apartment. The house is in a great location in the old town , it’s very peaceful with no night time noise . It’s a few mins walk either down into the old port area or the small beach area , or indeed the top of town bus stop 4 so really good for any plans anywhere. The studio has a comfortable bed and good shower and kitchen facilities. It’s a great little space if you are not wanting to spend too much time there . If you do want to spend a lot oftime in the accommodation then I would recommend you look at the larger part of the house which looks fabulous.

We had a wonderful, relaxing 14 days. The quiet location is perfect for relaxing and nothing was missing. A quad is highly recommended. Lisa and Martin are very caring and lovable! If you like hustle and bustle, this is not the place for you. We will be happy to come back!!!

A cute and clean apartment in a wonderful bay. We felt very comfortable. Aikatherini's uncle was super hospitable and gave us many great tips. We would definitely be back. It was beautiful thank you!

Kamari is a beautiful place, and the location of the apartment right by the sea is a bonus. Wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise or a dramatic sky and sea when it's raining. We recommend this place to everyone who wants a simple, plasent and recovering vacation, and with a friendly host like Nikola, everything is even better❣ Shopping during your stay can be a challenge, or an adventure of sorts, as there is no store in the place! However, if you organize yourself well, you can have a nice picnic and shopping at the same time, because Pelion has many nice places to visit :)

It was fantastic!! It felt like home really, everything was perfect in terms of cleanliness to the organization that existed!! Mr. Dimitris very helpful stayed late at midnight when we arrived at the place awake to give us instructions and to see if we arrived safely!! And one small detail that made us feel even more at home was his choice in the wines he provided us from our place!! The only problem was the bathroom, in the description it says 1 bathroom + 1 toilet with a shower, when in fact one is just a toilet and a second toilet with a shower. For a 6 person stay, I think 1 more shower is missing. Everything else was perfect, for every recommendation!

The host provided a lot of information before we arrived at the place - how to get there and what are the best places to visit around the area. He was always helpful and quick to respond. Check-in was automatic and flexible. The place was really clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a ton of little things like an umbrella, board games, coffee filters, candles. Those small details really elevated the place for us. Bed and shower are on the small side, so might be a bit tight if you are a bigger person. Location is great, 5 minute walk to all the best taverns, pubs, shops in the area. It was also very peaceful.

Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Skiathos. The apartment is quiet but only a street away there are restaurants and bars. There's a small supermarket close by too. AC is fab and the kitchen is well equipped to cook if you wish. We found the bed with spring mattress a bit uncomfortable after a few days but we did stay for a whole week! Overall fantastic location and value!

Our stay at Bee apartments was amazing! The location of the apartment was in a very convenient spot as you went everywhere by foot!! The apartment was super clean and had everything from electronics! They also provided a playpen for our baby! Thank you so much for your excellent hospitality and communication!!
