Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pagasetic Gulf

We had a very good week at Savvas’ place. The house is very comfortable, very cool, we barely used the air conditioning in the middle of August. The view is great from the terrasse and the balcony, you basically always have an eye on the sea, the islands far away, and the trees. Good starting point for shorts treks to the sea. There is a swimming pool that not only kids can use and we enjoyed it at the end of each day. We definitely recommend.

Had an amazing time in Portaria at Katerina and Emilios's beautiful home. They were such gracious hosts, and made us feel welcome immediately. The view from the house is breathtaking - really one-of-a-kind. The house itself is extremely charming. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen had so many small touches, like walnuts/fruits/milk that made us feel welcome. An incredible place to come back to after touring the Pelion region during the days. Highly recommend!

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

Just wow. Without a doubt the most beautiful place we have stayed, which was unanimously agreed by our group of 8. The views and surroundings were stunning and Evan couldn’t have been more kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had regular cleans of the whole place, fresh towels and breakfast each morning was a wonderful touch. We cannot wait to come back, 100/10 stay :)

We had an unforgettable stay! The house was decorated with taste, high standard with a breathtaking view and beautiful garden and pool. Very practical house with 3 bathrooms with showers. Calm location but only 10 minute drive to fantastic beaches, restaurants and boat trips. The hosts were so lovely, always available to answer questions via Airbnb chat and happy to provide recommendations where the locals go. Glossa is a non-touristy location, which suited us perfectly and we felt we experienced authentic Greece by following the tips of our hosts. We cannot thank our hosts enough - you made us feel at home and extremely well taken care of.

A brand new studio with all comfort and supplies. We felt really at home especially because the friendly contact with the owner and her brother. We recommend this studio and owners greatly.

This is a wonderful place. It's small and cozy and nice and warm for winter. There are two bedrooms, and a couple of beds also in the living room area. The host was very communicative, and his assistant, Hará, was very kind and helpful. We are very close to town and all the lovely restaurants. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. I would definitely stay here again. This is a great place. You can describe it as a little gem. The location is very quiet. The view and the accommodation make the stay perfect. Here you want to linger and stay. Below the property there is a fantastically beautiful bay for swimming, with turquoise-blue water. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Lena was very nice and attentive. Really recommended if you like to enjoy the scenery and tranquility.

This is our second stay at this accommodation and we will try to book it again for next year as soon as we know the dates. There was a problem with the electrical supply (from outside of the property itself). We contacted the host and the problem was solved in remarkably quick time (involving several workers, a cherry picker, all replacing overhead cables). The hosts father kept us informed and made sure we were Okay. Such nice, friendly, helpful people who go over and above what is reasonably expected! Thank you!

We are absolutely in love!!! What a lovely and lovingly furnished house. We can't believe such a little gem is left to strangers. We were very reluctant to leave and will definitely be back. The house is super cozy and tastefully furnished, everything is super clean and in very good condition - there is everything you need in very good quality (from kitchen utensils, nice dishes, hairdryer, extra blankets, pillows etc.). Florian is super nice and was always quickly available. There was very detailed information about the house, all technical equipment, tours in the area and tips for restaurants. We also liked the surroundings very much - even in rain and gray skies it was great! In summer, the house in this wonderful location with all the possibilities for various activities must be just a dream! Dear Florian, thank you for the wonderful time - we will be happy to come back!

Wonderful cabin in beautiful and scenic location. The view from the cabin was particularly nice. Ioannis met us at a central area in town and we followed him by car to the cabin as it is located pretty deep into side roads. There was hot water and all necessary amenities while being pretty compact. There are a number of cats that hang out around the cabin which are a pleasure to play with. There was an additional charge described as a post-booking tax amounting to 8€/day which I was asked to pay in cash in addition to what I paid on Airbnb. The host did mention this before the stay and offered a refund if I did not like this, though it seemed atypical to me having used Airbnb for a long time. Anyway overall a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

The place is almost too beautiful to be true. Even though Renate wasn't home, we stayed in contact with her. Makrinitsa is nearby and worth the trip! 10/10!

Beautiful place near the sea with beautiful restaurants, and despite the fact that we are close to the center of the city, it was very quiet. The terrace is very beautiful. I recommend it.

Villa Olivia is just a great place if you want to enjoy some days of vacation in a private place with pool nd everything you need from a family point of view. Even if very private place you are in 30 minutes reach of the 2 major cities of skopelos glossa and skopelos town and 30 minutes by ferry to skiathos which is more touristic oriented and hence you can have both options. The view from the Villa is just great, accommodation is just as promised for a island accommodation and Helle/Christian where where always in contact with us so we didn't miss anything... I can warmly recommend this place!

from asking about booking to the end of our stay this was all made so easy with amazing communication, the airport collection and drop off was so handy and the use of the car made our stay so much more enjoyable. the villa is perfect in every way, so we'll equipped, very clean and spacious, and the pool was a bonus. we will definitely look to return.

Beautiful host, beautiful house with all the amenities. The only problem was the bathroom, in the description it says 1 bathroom + 1 toilet with a shower, when in fact one is just a toilet and a second toilet with a shower. For a 6 person stay, I think 1 more shower is missing. Everything else was perfect, for every recommendation!

We had a lovely time in this beautiful place. The house was clean and comfortable, the swimming pool amazingly refreshing and the location ideal, since you can walk to the beach and various beach bars - but still very peaceful. The hosts are friendly but discreet and happy to offer info. All in all a great summer experience!

A fantastic location and an enchanting peaceful place. The pool is wonderful and from there looking at the ships and ski mathos means happiness! Ioannis is super friendly, reliable and reachable at all times!

Phillipos was in touch answering any questions right from the outset. Getting us a cot and car seat for the hire car. He met us at the airport and helped with our luggage and the hire cars. We then followed him to the villa so no need to try and find it ourselves. He checked us in and gave us a welcome drink, sat down and talked through the villa and area and gave recommendations. He was there and supportive the whole time if we needed anything. Excellent host and thoroughly recommend.
