The residence exceeded our expectations. An independent, tastefully decorated and well equiped house, cozy and comfortable all times of the day Nikos is a wonderful host. Friendly, easy going and helpful, but also very discreet. We would grab the opportunity to visit again anytime, 10/10 recommend!

The accommodation in Anchialos was an excellent choice for our team's stay as part of a business trip. The house was comfortable, clean and fully functional, with all the amenities we needed. He served us perfectly in terms of space, quiet and access to the area. The host was very friendly and professional — communication was straightforward and clear, and he helped us with everything we needed throughout the stay. It is definitely recommended for both professional and personal use. We would choose it again without a second thought.

Excellent accommodation, conveniently located near the waterfront, giving access to all main attractions in Volos. Very clean, spacious with all amenities included. Within 3mins walk from a convenient public parking space. Would 100% recommend.

We had a great time in Chorto! The apartment is not too big, but feels very cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and of course the balcony and the view from it was amazing. It feels quiet, while at the same time being on the main road, which also makes it perfect for trips around the area. We would definitely come again!

Wow, this place is a real gem! A dreamy, spacious house with everything you need—facing a beautiful garden and a big stone swimming pool, surrounded by olive and orange trees, and featuring a perfect fireplace for the winter. We had such an amazing time here. It's just a very short walk to the stunning beach, with friendly locals and an overall super great experience. We will be back for sure—highly recommended! Guntram’s house in Pelion is an absolute gem. It has been lovingly restored over 20 years with both a respect for the building’s history and a focus on creating a superb modern living space. We loved our stay.

Excellent place. Very refined decoration. Breathtaking view. Fully equipped (nothing missing)! Only downside is the very small road to access the place (but in all fairness we never had any problem!). Highly recommended! We had a wonderful time.

Great place for a small company

Nikos is one of the kindest and friendliest hosts I have ever had the chance to meet during my Airbnb stays. You feel at home right away. His house is very peaceful, located at a wonderful area of Pelion. The sun rises straight from the sea right in front of you. You can enjoy the wonderful sunrises from the bedroom, or from the cute little balcony. I will definitely stay at Niko’s house again the next time I will visit Pelion.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by George with a lot of human warmth and gestures of sympathy. We had the pleasure of getting to know her whole family just as charming. Our stay in the beautiful traditional family home charmed us by these 2 beautiful gardens very well maintained with its pretty flowers and fruit trees. The must, the sound of the water from the fountain and the view of the Bay of Volos. Our little dog Stuart feasted in this environment and sympathized with the neighbors cats.
