Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. Cozy house in a quiet and beautiful mountain rural setting in Granada. Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small swimming pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails 5 min walk from the accommodation.

The Albaicín is an emblematic neighborhood of Granada. Art and culture in its streets in pure state. You will love my place because it is a penthouse with incredible views of the Alhambra from its wonderful terrace. The lift will take you directly to the floor where you will find an incredibly sunny and bright space. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples. It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

You'll love my place because it's the perfect place to spend a few quiet days and enjoy pleasant walks along the Mamut route. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the farmhouse for any incidents or needs. Accommodation for a maximum of 4 people, although an additional sofa bed can be prepared. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, it is not shared and is operational from April to October

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. Pets are allowed, but there is a €30 fee per pet not included in the reservation. Please check with the hosts.
