The house is an architectural gem with great views. The clear line and the reduction to a few materials (wood) is complemented by high-quality furniture. The upholstered furniture and textiles such as pillows and carpet, but also the pictures and books give the living room a feel-good atmosphere. An additional plus is the cleverly integrated sauna in the basement with a loggia that is not visible from the outside. We felt very comfortable in the house and would be happy to come back.

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We immediately felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy to use wood stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we appreciate very much in winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, hammer good barista coffee and is also dog friendly. The bedding and mattresses were top notch. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

We had a great time in the very nice, old but superbly equipped house. Especially the kitchen was superbly equipped. In addition, the communication with the two hosts was absolutely great. A garden behind the house invites you to eat or just linger. In addition, various restaurants are within walking distance. We were completely satisfied with our stay!

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails directly from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace, self check-in/check-out also great. Highly recommended.

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. We had to tear ourselves away from this wonderful apartment, with balcony views of the mountains, super-comfortable furnishings and well-equipped kitchen, and everything we needed for a lovely stay. We felt at home right away. Our hosts Faith and Josef were lovely and very helpful with recommendations, advice and local knowledge. The apartment is in a historic part of Garmisch Partenkirchen and very conveniently located for local shops, bakeries, restaurants etc (and just 15 minutes walk from the railway station) and the local guest card meant that we were able to use public transport which was great. I will really miss drinking my morning coffee or relaxing on the balcony in the evening looking at snow covered peaks! We hope to return and would definitely recommend the Kufer Bavarian Nest to anyone visiting the area!

A really rustic apartment to feel good and relax. Well-equipped and wonderful views of the valley. Hikes can be started directly at the house or you can drive to one of the countless surrounding hiking parking lots.

Simply amazing. From the corner of one of the 2 balconies you can see the Neuschwanstein castle! Only a 8 minute drive to the castle. The other balcony has a lovely view of the lake! Very peaceful and quiet surroundings away from the hustle bustle of tourists yet close to everything. Everything was perfect and very spacious. Loved having a full kitchen fully stocked and a washing machine. There is an elevator which is super nice.

The stay at the place was all around pleasant! The apartment was clean and furnished with everything important - just like the description. The location was quiet, overlooking the mountains and ideal for hiking and trail tours. Robert was very friendly and easy to reach. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. we had a wonderful stay with Heidi and Elmar in Sulzberg. The apartment is lovingly furnished and very clean. We felt very comfortable. The only criticism: the house is a bit noisy. Nevertheless, we highly recommend a stay here! We were very happy about the homemade yeast braid!

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.

A really rustic wooden house. We felt super comfortable. Comfortable beds The children loved the "table tennis hall". Great location with mountain views. We observed deer and hares. Only 10 minutes' walk to the village / grocery store / restaurant. I'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely chalet. Simone and Erich were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The space was carefully planned, and worked well for our party of six people. The enclosed balcony, and entrance area meant that the kitchen/dining area is free of clutter, and easy to use. The kitchen and utensils were all high quality, and this reflects the attention to detail the hosts have put into this chalet. It was completely renovated in 2019, and is in immaculate condition. It is located a short ski or walk from the Salober lifts. Grocery shopping was convenient on the ski busses, and we did not need to use our car. The Pfefferkornhütte has stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley. There are no neighbors, which heightens the impact of the beautiful natural surroundings. The stars at night were stunning. We have skied from many chalets over the years, but this one is by far the best one we have ever stayed in.

Beautifully located cottage for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The check-in worked great and was flexible. We would definitely visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at Roberto's. He's an incredibly friendly man. The house is cute and cozy. We had indicated that we would like to use the towels and that was no problem at all and there were more than enough towels ready for us. Thanks for this nice stay.

Great place and very helpful and nice hosts. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. The accommodation is right near the mountains surrounded by nature. You can go hiking or cycling directly. Or you can enjoy the terrace overlooking the mountains and the beautiful garden.
