The optimal location offers a perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in summer as well as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or also for touring skiers in winter. The apartment has a spacious terrace that offers sun and shade for relaxing, depending on your taste.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig.
