We had a wonderful stay at the property! The villa was just like the pictures, a little older but definitely worth it. It was well equipped, and we found everything we needed. The flexible check-in was particularly gratifying. Unfortunately we had problems with our arrival and didn't arrive until 2: 30 at night. Mr. Burak had kindly waited for us and gave us a warm introduction. This was really a great action and made our stay very comfortable! The location of the villa is also super central, which makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. We definitely recommend coming by car to discover the best sides of the region. Overall, a clear recommendation for this place!

The villa was magnificent, we could only stay for a few days because our vacation was short, but we plan to come back at the first opportunity. This 3-room villa has everything you need, the rooms are very spacious, each room has a large balcony, bathroom, TV, etc👌. The room on the top floor also has a jacuzzi. The linens and everything else were clean. It has a very spacious garden and a very large pool. Every morning, the pool attendant came and cleaned the pool early.🙏 Fethiye is already a very beautiful place with its nature, sea and many features. There are many places to visit. The villa is about 5-6 minutes by car from Ölüdeniz. Babadağ cable car 3-4 minutes. I've vacationed in many places in the area, but this house was the best in every way ✅️ Ms. Arife responded to all our questions instantly, thank you again for your hospitality, we hope to see you as soon as possible

We spent a week in this villa, three people and one small dog, and we were very satisfied. The location is quite close to the main street where you can find Migros, A101, and a few cafes. The villa is spacious, with three bedrooms on the top floor and a fully equipped kitchen (just be aware that there is no microwave oven) and a living room downstairs. There is a good modern TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. It's great to have a billiard table on the terrace. The garden area is quite large, divided into zones for recreation, a jacuzzi, barbecue, and the pool is good, so you can easily organise a party for up to 10-12 people. There are two hotels nearby, and you may feel like you're at a resort as there are quite a lot of tourists around. It takes about 8-10 minutes by car to get to the beach. Sinan was always online and available for any assistance we needed. All in all, everything was good!

The villa is located in a beautiful place, if you have a car close to central Fethiye popular locations, it takes an average of 10 15 minutes, the host Mr. Tufan welcomed him well, we had a 1-week stay in everything, it was very nice, thank you for the little gifts.

We stayed at this beautiful and luxurious Airbnb for four nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The property is stunning—elegant, well-maintained, and full of character. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. One of the highlights of our stay was a surprise engagement party we hosted at their on-site restaurant. We had a private chef, and the food and service were absolutely amazing. It felt like having our own private luxury venue. Highly recommend this place for both a relaxing stay and any special occasion!

We had a wonderful stay at Mehmet’s villa. He was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions and greeting us warmly upon arrival. Mehmet was always available for any questions we had throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The house itself was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. It's also conveniently located near grocery stores and just a 10/15 minute taxi ride from some of the best beaches in the area. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. A very nice place. It is private but at the same time has access to hotel facilities. As the villa is located on the edge of the neighborhood right next to the forest, there is a chance to encounter some wild boars who live nearby. They are not dangerous, so don’t be afraid of them — they are much more afraid of you.

House was beautiful and had everything we needed. All the reviews are accurate if this place. I would stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only thing I felt was odd is how the host needed everyone’s passport photos. This was a first for me.

Host was easy to communicate and very responsive to requests. House has clean bedrooms and pool. Kitchen amenities were good enough to cook breakfast.

We had a fab week at Tugay's beautiful villa, the pictures don't do it justice. It was an ideal size and layout for two families with two children. Pool is also perfect for small children due to the large shallow area. Tugay gave us very clear instructions to find the villa and was very flexible with both check-in and a slightly later check-out. He also sent recommendations for local supermarkets as we had some specific items we couldn't get from the local shop. There is a shop, beach and some restaurants a short walk but we were glad of the transport we'd arranged so we could explore the area further.

We had a very pleasant 5 days, we received the house immaculately. The pool was also well cleaned. The sauna was good. The kitchen had all the essentials. The beds were comfortable, clean towels were left in each room. The location is very close to the center but it was also quiet, an ideal house to relax.

We stayed at Volans Suites for one month and it was amazing! Sinem is the absolute best and so incredibly helpful. The villa was gorgeous and exactly like the photos. The area is wonderful with a beach walking distance from the property. There are tons of restaurants, historical landmarks, and entertainment within an easy driving distance. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We had a lovely 2 weeks here! Left to enjoy our holiday but someone always there if we needed to ask questions! Villa is lovely and just as shown in the pictures. Mountain View is great! Local to shops and bars if you are good on your feet its walkable but perfect if you have a hire car or you can use the taxi call button and they come straight away :) We would have returned next year as we loved it however next year’s prices are too steep for us unfortunately. The place is gorgeous with a balance of a modernised outdoor swimming pool/tanning area (featuring an almost 100% view barrier for privacy from neighbours) as well as a garden which has Apples/Pomegranates and Grapes if you're there at the correct time. The host and co-host were extremely helpful, they remained flexible despite numerous flight delays and were always available to help via phone/text with house-related as well as tourism-related questions. They also have a near by contact called Mustafa - A lovely elderly gentleman who lives a few minutes walk away and is willing to pop over to help with any issues you may have. The Inside of the house is extremely clean, all windows are netted but still have the completely shut glass window panels when you want to leave the place. The place is completely surrounded by Sulfur as well as anti-repellents so there is absolutely no worries of any animals coming even close to the place and quite honestly we didn't even think about the fact that we were in the middle of a mountain! - The view is breath taking no matter how many times you wake up to it! - Some pointers : The driver up is 30-40 minutes if you're being as relaxed as we were; the isn't an abundance of shops up there so you will need to shop for drinks/snacks and breakfast early but this becomes second nature after the second day; you will need a car so please consider hiring one before you think you can depend on Uber because no taxi driver will make a half an hour trip empty handed just to pick you up - Cars are around £20/day to rent, its extremely cheap and very well worth the freedom you may want exploring those mountains! - All in all, extremely happy with the place and the balance between city life during the day and being able to hear a stone drop at night with the crystal clear view of the stars is an experience not to be missed! - Oh, and there is one gorgeous restaurant just a couple minutes as you're driving down towards Fethiye!

Mr. Berke is a very respectful host and helped with everything. The villa is also located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any problems. We were happy with our vacation.

It was a great place to stay for both short and long stays, everything matches the photos, the inside is very clean. The host is responsive, assisted with all issues that may have arisen. The yard is not expensive, however the property is only 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop to Oludeniz or Fethiye. We chose to stay in Kayaköy as there is clean mountain air and wonderful nature. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa!

The place is better than the photographs. There are small things that need a little maintenance, a few broken items (like the kettle), some towel rails and lights that seem broken or don't work. But the garden is superb, the pool is a nice setting and the house is very peaceful. we had great BBQs.

The house is very clean, tidy and large. The garden, pool and balcony are very pleasant. We were not bored at home on rainy days. We liked it very much in terms of location, right in the middle of the places to visit. We were very satisfied with the house and the host. He helped us a lot with everything. He said we didn't have any guests and hosted him for another night, thank you. We decided to this house because of the comments. We chose this place for two. It's a place I would want to stay again. I would definitely recommend it.

Villa Holly is HUGE! plenty of room and ideal for families. Most of the bedrooms are en-suite or have a bathroom just across from them. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked with all pots, pans & crockery. 2 kitchen which both have very good ovens, dishwashers and fridge freezers and a laundry room down stairs also. The pool table was great for us as we all like a few games on a night. The outdoor area has one of the nicest pools we’ve had abroad with plenty of sun loungers and a lovely bbq area. The Villa also has several balconies and the master bathroom has a jacuzzi in it!! Derek the host was very responsive and helpful and even kindly showed us around the town the morning after we arrived. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely return to villa holly should we come back to turkey!
