We had a wonderful stay at the property! The villa was just like the pictures, a little older but definitely worth it. It was well equipped, and we found everything we needed. The flexible check-in was particularly gratifying. Unfortunately we had problems with our arrival and didn't arrive until 2: 30 at night. Mr. Burak had kindly waited for us and gave us a warm introduction. This was really a great action and made our stay very comfortable! The location of the villa is also super central, which makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. We definitely recommend coming by car to discover the best sides of the region. Overall, a clear recommendation for this place!

Mr. Levent was very quick and helpful in communication, the house was the same as in the pictures, it was a large and spacious place with privacy, our pool was cleaned every day, the house was suitable for busy places and sightseeing routes, we recommend it

If you are looking for a stunning villa with easy access to Fethiye (great shopping and restaurants) or tons of fabulous beaches then definitely book with Naciye! He is the kindest man...so helpful and accommodating. His villa is pristine and plenty big enough for 6 people. It's also lovely with great mountain views. The pool is seen to every morning. Its a short stroll to the local town for anything need and/or bars & restaurants. We didn't bother hiring a car as we made friends with a local taxi driver who dropped/pick us up from the beaches (very cheaply). We can't wait to return and really had an amazing time at this villa!

It was a great place to stay for both short and long stays, everything matches the photos, the inside is very clean. The host is responsive, assisted with all issues that may have arisen. The yard is not expensive, however the property is only 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop to Oludeniz or Fethiye. We chose to stay in Kayaköy as there is clean mountain air and wonderful nature. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa!

Mr. Berke is a very respectful host and helped with everything. The villa is also located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any problems. We were happy with our vacation.

It was a villa with a very spacious indoor and outdoor space for crowded families, both with a large pool and a children's pool. All the necessary details have been considered for families with children. Having a bathroom and toilet in all of the rooms was a very useful and comfortable detail. I hope we can find time and come in the next season🙏🏻

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Murat’s property. Well presented and superbly appointed we instantly felt comfortable and were able to enjoy the relaxing break that we were looking for. There were one or two minor issues caused by matters outside of Murat’s control - power cut and cut off of water by local authority - and Murat quickly kept us informed and arranged for workmen to rectify the small fault that these issues caused. Thank you. We ate at some of the restaurants suggested and enjoyed excellent cuisine as part of a superb break in Fethiye.

House was beautiful and had everything we needed. All the reviews are accurate if this place. I would stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only thing I felt was odd is how the host needed everyone’s passport photos. This was a first for me.

Host was easy to communicate and very responsive to requests. House has clean bedrooms and pool. Kitchen amenities were good enough to cook breakfast.

We had a very nice, relaxing stay at the guest house. The villa was clean when we arrived and the pool was also clean. The hosts met us at the property and were always available throughout our stay and attended to any request of ours immediately. They provided charcoal/firelighters as well as recommendations on local spots etc. On the down side, we felt that some of the basics should be provided on arrival. Things like Dish Washing Tablets, Refuse Bags, Toilet Paper (in all bathrooms), Sugar, Coffee, Tea etc would have been a nice touch as they are not expensive. Hot water in the morning was a problem and we had to limit our showers to 2 mins each. I think this is because the geyser is heated by the sun? Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the villa and would recommend it to any future guests.

We’ve had a great stay in Mehmet’s villa. This place is really beautiful, nice and clean. It’s close to all the attractions, bars and shops . We will be back.

It is a beautiful and peacefull place for vacation. Mrs. Sinem is responsible and friendly owner. We didn’t have any problems. We enjoyed our time in this villa. It’s a good location, market’s are within walking distance and 10 minutes to the beach. There are orange trees around villa. We felt too much free in the nature. Thank you for everything. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. We spent a week in this villa, three people and one small dog, and we were very satisfied. The location is quite close to the main street where you can find Migros, A101, and a few cafes. The villa is spacious, with three bedrooms on the top floor and a fully equipped kitchen (just be aware that there is no microwave oven) and a living room downstairs. There is a good modern TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. It's great to have a billiard table on the terrace. The garden area is quite large, divided into zones for recreation, a jacuzzi, barbecue, and the pool is good, so you can easily organise a party for up to 10-12 people. There are two hotels nearby, and you may feel like you're at a resort as there are quite a lot of tourists around. It takes about 8-10 minutes by car to get to the beach. Sinan was always online and available for any assistance we needed. All in all, everything was good!

Very nice place just like the pictures. Okan was very helpful and recommended us airport shuttle and places to visit, responded very fast. Allowed us to check in early due to early flight. Place is beautiful with beautiful interior design. Only issue is the address on Airbnb is different than on the map so when trying to order food our delivery was cancelled because driver couldn’t find location

The villa is located in a beautiful place, if you have a car close to central Fethiye popular locations, it takes an average of 10 15 minutes, the host Mr. Tufan welcomed him well, we had a 1-week stay in everything, it was very nice, thank you for the little gifts.

The place is better than the photographs. There are small things that need a little maintenance, a few broken items (like the kettle), some towel rails and lights that seem broken or don't work. But the garden is superb, the pool is a nice setting and the house is very peaceful. we had great BBQs.

Amazing villa, location spot on, minutes from main strip but also quiet with large garden. Lots of hangers for clothes. All kitchen facilities and washing amenities worked well. Iron and ironing board. 2 hairdryers. Ugur lovely gentleman who responded very quickly when we had a couple of questions. One of which we had locked the keys in villa and he sent his dad around to help ( thank you) Cot and highchair provided Would definitely return to this accommodation.

Villa Holly is HUGE! plenty of room and ideal for families. Most of the bedrooms are en-suite or have a bathroom just across from them. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked with all pots, pans & crockery. 2 kitchen which both have very good ovens, dishwashers and fridge freezers and a laundry room down stairs also. The pool table was great for us as we all like a few games on a night. The outdoor area has one of the nicest pools we’ve had abroad with plenty of sun loungers and a lovely bbq area. The Villa also has several balconies and the master bathroom has a jacuzzi in it!! Derek the host was very responsive and helpful and even kindly showed us around the town the morning after we arrived. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely return to villa holly should we come back to turkey!
