Our swimming pool will be closed from November 1, 2025, to April 14, 2026. In addition, the cost of electricity and water for long monthly stays during this period is the responsibility of the guest. We are within walking distance to public transportation. Although the villa is in a central area, it is quiet ,new and modern. Our 9-person villa has 3 floors, each room with a bathroom, a sink, and underfloor heating. It has a large pool, a lovely garden with indoor outdoor parking. My priority is always to ensure that our guests have a happy holiday to be available.
