Samet and his mother were super nice and we had everything we needed! Absolutely recommended! Everything was as expected and according to the pictures. The place was super central and easy to reach. Thank you so much for everything!

Mrs. Şermin was very interested throughout the process and answered all our questions. As seen in the photos of the house, each room has a bathroom, which is quite advantageous if you are coming in a large group. We cooked at home, kitchen utensils are sufficient, you can also barbecue in the garden. It's easier to get around by car. The location of the house is very good, very close to the sea and markets. If you're only coming on a holiday, there's a lot of traffic for the sea, so make sure to leave early. We came as 8 people and a child, we had a very pleasant time at the house, it is suitable for families and large groups of friends.

We were very pleased with the vacation we had for 1 week, the house pool cleaning was very nice. Mr. Kerem helped with everything from the first moment. See you again 🤗

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

We have a little girl(age 3) on our travels and the whole holiday, including from check-in to check out with Asim was amazing! I cannot fault him for anything, so friendly! Lots of kids amenities which for us was brilliant, local stores nearby and restaurants. We even reached out to Asim to source some deserts to bring home and he succeeded in this perfectly, even bought my husband a whole birthday cake with candles on his actual birthday. I recommend this Villa highly and don’t think this will disappoint, a taxi ride to the beach, not far! :) we used the cab Asim supplied us with. Large pool, swings, comfy beds, drinking water provided, hammock, great power showers, clean, welcoming. Overall I will be revisiting next year and cannot wait to return to the villa, thank you so much Asim for making us feel at home, you and your villa are lovely and thank you for having us :) see you next year(maybe with a car this time as bit steep for the grandparents but for us fine)

The house and belongings were spotless. Great location with good views. It is located within a decent site. Oludeniz is 10 minutes away if there is no traffic. There were 2 cars and we did not have a shortage of parking. Parking was sufficient. Ms. Şükran is very caring and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. You can stay with peace of mind.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

Good location close to the sea, calm and quite area. There is Migros near appartment and parking for the cars. Clean rooms, new furniture. There are towels, dishes and almost all necessary technic. The host is friendly and ready to help. The furniture on the balcony was closed due to low season, but the host kindly took from other balcony more clean furniture and unpacked it under our request.

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 days as 5 adults and 1 child. When we first entered the house, it was very clear that the floors were just wiped, everything was very clean and hygienic. A home had everything to use. Being located in a very central location made our sightseeing work easier. Thank you for the nice hosting of Mr. Tufan.

Ahmet’s place was perfect in terms of location and space for three people. Much to do around the area including shops for any groceries. The place was very clean and exactly like the images. Ahmet and co were friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Also he was very helpful during check in / check out. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such a welcoming and lovely stay.

We had a fantastic 8-day stay in Fethiye! The facility was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were modern and fully equipped, and the private pool (10m x 3m) was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and swimming. Our host, Umur, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He provided us with detailed recommendations for restaurants, beaches, markets, and shopping malls, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Every time we had a question, he was quick to respond and always eager to assist. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Fethiye!

The first reason we chose this place was because it was easy to get to Ölüdeniz. You can easily reach the minibuses by walking 7-8 minutes. There is also a parking lot for those who come by car. You can also reach Hisarönü, where there are beautiful restaurants and entertainment venues by walking for 15 minutes. The neighborhood was a very quiet place, we got our sleep well. We were able to sit comfortably in the garden in the evening. We met all our needs with the amenities in the house (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, air conditioning, plates, pots, etc.). Just don't forget to provide your own detergents. There are also grocery stores nearby. I'll be visiting again next year.

I highly recommend this apartment for its excellent amenities and services. The spacious layout provides ample room for relaxation, and the cleanliness and sunny atmosphere add to its appeal. The complex offers a range of services, excellent location, and robust security measures. The proximity to the beach and multiple swimming pools is a significant plus. Mr. Galib was highly responsive and efficient in addressing any needs that arose, although the apartment's self-sufficiency minimized the need for his involvement. One potential area for improvement is enhancing the Wi-Fi signal strength, particularly in the bedrooms, to ensure seamless connectivity throughout.

We were very happy with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, it is a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oguz again.

Accommodation better than in the photos, pleasant stay, Mrs. Deniz is very friendly, the instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. The beach is accessible by public transport in 10 minutes (even without a car) Everything is nearby Flawless residence. My kids loved the pool.

our stay at Ramazan's Villa was great, Very peacefull, relax the villa is in a great location with Markets and restaurants near the area. we had a great time, Ramazan is always available to help and Answer all your needs. this is a great place to stay in your next visit to oludeniz Area. I will deffinately Stay here on my next trip to this beautiful country.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The house is located right in the heart of the old town, with everything you need just steps away — restaurants, cafes, and charming little shops. There’s even a restaurant right under the window called Naturel, where they serve the best seafood pasta I’ve ever had! In the evenings, it can be a bit noisy, but the hosts thoughtfully provide earplugs for a good night’s sleep. The house itself is beautiful, very spacious, and has everything you might need — from a washing machine to a sewing kit. It felt like a real home. When we arrived, the hosts had left us some sweets and fresh fruit, which was such a warm and thoughtful touch. I would happily stay here again!

The apartment is very comfortable, close to the city trade and easy access to Oludeniz Beach (by car). The host made us very comfortable, and still offered us a treat for appetizer on one of the nights, in addition to the flexible check-out.

It was nice in terms of location, there was no parking problem, the markets were within walking distance, the kitchen appliances were all complete. The house was tidy, clean and peaceful. I stayed with my wife and 8-month-old daughter, we enjoyed it very much, I can say that we made beautiful memories in that house. During our stay, our kitchen gas cylinder ran out, but even though it was a holiday, Mr. Bora took quick action. This was important to us because I had to prepare supplementary food for my daughter all the time, so thank you very much. We didn't even need to bring water home, he had thought of everything, even the carboy. Thank you for a pleasant experience. 🙏🏻
